Now it also depends on how you are equipped to go about metabolising the light photons/light information into your system and dietary intake and if the " 'ai' takeaway" is found to be less appetising and nourishing than at first thought....or personally what I do NOW is leave it up to trusting in my Maturing psyche to do what it will, with what it needs to.
