Stay with this to the end. At 34.30 he talks about what is happening to the animals...I know my cat is feeling something.
At 39.20 he talks about the 4th dimension, which is the astral, the realm of thoughts and it is being purged. Cleared out.
Then he gives some explanation of physical aches and pain.
The last two minutes are very important.
To manage yourself through these times, stay in present time, is all about managing your energy fields.....and moving towards a mental perception of "I am ok".
A while ago I came across a phrase/affirmation which I thought was a good banner to have spring up automatically when you start to feel imposed upon energetically or feel overwhelmed agitated. Or backed into a corner. "Stand firm, All is well, I am OK".
(When you see that the corner you are backed into is just a corner of your own baggage, it is a self created culmination of reactions/beliefs and however it was acquired, it can be the launching pad up and out. It is a build up of stuff that is now being brushed back into your path for clearing. Try to practice self knowledge and "see" that it becomes easier and easier to remove the urgency around it, or any attachments to any of it...remove your thought/emotional processes from it unless you can go inside and retreive freedom from with it. USE It to practice managing your thoughts to "I am OK". )
