I know that physical and psychological wellbeing, is tied into the energy systems that link the brain and gut. So the incoming psychological information is perceived by the brain and the incoming 'physical' information is digested in the gut. The stomach churning action is all going on in the gut and the brain-gut axis is the physio/biological link up.
When the gut is invaded with polarised (harmful) microbes then you are under invasion, and the internal gut microbe populations become out of balance, you become unwell, slowly or quickly the state of your health and wellbeing deteriorates, and then what happens is you usually take on a pharmaceutical drug programe.
The food that comes in is bringing news/information from the outside world into the internal biology down through the tube that keeps food on the outside,(even though it seemingly has been ingested into the internal environment) until the food has been treated with enzymes/squeezed and mulched along its way down by peristalsis muscles, to be of a form that can be absorbed into the cells that line the digestive tract and broken down further by the microbiome in the gut.
By information I mean, information from the outside environment is absorbed in light information molecules absorbed from the plants grown in the outside environment. This is light fuelled packages of photosynthesis and the qualities and elements of the absorbed food. When we eat animals that have been harvested and kept in bad conditions, we absorb their hormonal responses to the life situation they endured. Tortured and mass killed animals secrete hormonal responses which give the information that there is a threat/danger/and their psychological response is repackaged in formation packets that the human then absorbs and also internalises. The continuous cycle thus gives rise to an internalised reaction of being persecuted/totured etc. Some cultures actively torture the chosen food source so that the adrenal fight or flight enzymes secreted from the animal, makes the food a delicacy.
The natural food that is good for us, is treated and absorbed with ease by our own processes. Natural healthy food gives us the information from the outside environment that all is well, and creation is providing for us.
Anything we eat that causes us digestive 'trouble' means that we are eating something that requires much more effort to 'treat' it, and more acids and enzyme activity is required, and that means more peristalsis muscle movement to get this stuff, broken down into digestible molecules....so if what you are eating hurts you....then stop eating it.
Also, modern life stressors affect the populations of microbes living in our gut. The disturbed populations then cannot do what we rely on them to do in our symbiotic relationship.
Drugs and antibiotics all washed down with big glugs of 'stress' change the healthy populations to harmful populations. This affects the brain-gut physio/biological axis. How???
Well what we do know for sure is that it takes a long time for sickness to show up in visible symptoms in or on the body. These problems started a long time ago... as 'problem' foods have been fed into the body, and have not been the 'life' giving foods our body's require, nor providing the light information that tells us all is well with creation.
We have been led off course by clever manipulations and mass production that seemingly was the answer to our prayers for mass consumerism.
