BENEFICIAL THOUGHT: HOW TO USE JUPITER RETROGRADE TO IMPROVE KARMA
BENEFICIAL THOUGHT: HOW TO USE JUPITER RETROGRADE TO IMPROVE KARMA
Posted on June 13, 2019
Have you ever had one of those days where you felt a little bouncier than usual? You can probably thank Jupiter for that.
Jupiter is the largest planet, the god of all gods, the planet of optimism and confident energy. When we feel great on those bouncy days, we attract positive experiences, and this is why Jupiter is also a lucky planet.
At this stage of the year, Jupiter will take a little time-out in a retrograde period, bringing a time-out period for us all. Does this mean your luck will run out? No. If you use the retrograde period the way Jupiter wants you to, this will be a period of learning important lessons.
You are not being punished when Jupiter is retrograde. Quite the opposite. During this period, Jupiter points out some lessons to you and signals where you may have overlooked some tests in life. If your karma needs some tweaking, Jupiter points that out, too.
This year, Jupiter is retrograde from April 10, 2019, to August 11, 2019. If we use the retrograde period for what it is intended: review, reflection, and reassessment; we can make up those tests and move forward in those areas of our life when Jupiter is direct again.
What is Jupiter Retrograde?
Jupiter is a large planet, and moves rather slowly, staying in each zodiac sign for approximately 12 or 13 months at a time. It goes retrograde for approximately 4 months every year. The effects of Jupiter retrograde aren’t as shattering as the impact of other retrogrades (such as Mercury who moves very quickly and visits a different zodiac sign every 3 to 4 weeks.)
When a planet is direct, it moves in a forward motion and at its regular speed. When a planet is retrograde, the planet slows down. It slows down so much that it appears to be moving backward, but it’s really not backtracking through the sky.
There is the common analogy of cars on a highway. The driver that is moving faster checks their rearview mirror to see the slower vehicles. To the driver in the faster car, the slower vehicles appear to be moving backward, but they aren’t. They are simply moving more slowly.
The same concept occurs with the planets. When a planet is direct, external events in the world will shape our daily lives. When a planet is retrograde, this is our cue from the Universe to slow down and undergo a reflection period before we can move forward in that area of our life again. Remember to focus on the themes commonly associated with retrograde periods: remember, review, reflect, and reassess.
Jupiter rules the themes of philosophy, spirituality, growth, karma, and success. Jupiter is also very optimistic and lucky by nature. When you are growing on your path, Jupiter rewards you with luck. Jupiter retrograde is an important time, even if it feels our optimism is slowed down. It gives us an opportunity to reassess where we are on our spiritual path so that we can move forward when Jupiter is direct again.
The Grand Time Out
Do you ever feel like you are stuck in a rut in an area of your life, and you can’t get out? Maybe you keep having the same relationship problems. Maybe your work life feels stale and uninspired. Any parents that give their children a time-out will understand that the point of that cooling off period is to give the child a period of reflection. They have to slow down and think about what they have done.
That is the exact message from Jupiter during every retrograde. It’s not that we have been bad, or we are being punished. It’s Jupiter, the god of all gods, telling you, “Think about this one and correct your mistakes. Karma is coming your way.”
Ignoring these calls, tests, and opportunities to correct your mistakes means one thing and one thing only from the Universe. If you are so stuck in your ways and refuse to own the responsibility for your part in your life and your problems, the Universe sends you more tests and fated events. Karma is, in fact, a boomerang.
Didn’t back up your computer like you’ve been reminded to do a million times? Mercury retrograde will teach you a lesson there. Didn’t meet the needs of your lover or handled your relationship inappropriately? Venus retrograde is going to send you a test. Jupiter is the planet of integrity and karma. So if you have integrity and karmic issues that you have left unresolved, expect some tests in that area.
What goes around, comes around.
When Jupiter is retrograde in the zodiac sign that it rules, the luck is happening through changes you are making internally. You are responding to Jupiter’s tests. When you are, luck arrives. If you are ignoring karmic lessons, they continue.
Much of the luck you are experiencing now in this area is related to past life experiences. Many astrologers believe that retrograde lessons are always connected to a past life.
That doesn’t mean they are bad lessons to be avoided. Embracing them yields luck.
What lessons are those you ask? We wish we could tell you. The lessons are within. You will understand that more easily if you undergo Jupiter retrograde in Sagittarius with the approach that you want to grow.
Reviewing and reassessing your role in key situations is extremely important during Jupiter retrograde. You always have the chance to correct the events yourself, to retake the tests of life yourself, to own your karma and turn it around, before one of these fated events occurs.
When Jupiter is direct, and we are feeling optimistic, we naturally think that anything good can happen at any time. You’re right, it can, but only if you have put forth the effort and the karmic input to earn those rewards. Jupiter direct can inspire us to be lazy and lead us into thinking positive things will just happen to us, but it doesn’t really work that way. Effort leads to bigger rewards. Jupiter retrograde is the same. Complacency is not an option.

How Do I Keep From Being Triggered? Wow.
A grand detour into presence in the flower:
The flower loves it when you give it attention, because you add something enormous to the flower by giving it attention. The flower is not aware of its own beauty, it just is, and when you unite your consciousness with the flower, through you the flower gets a glimpse of self recognition.

Ceres is the Earth Mother goddess, and in her current transit of Sagittarius, she is reinforcing the need we all have for freedom in our lives -- freedom to expand our horizons, to realize an ideal, and to explore life's meaning, each according to our own beliefs and philosophies. CERES is in hard quincunx aspect to Mars in Cancer on Monday. This represents the conflict between that need for personal freedom and the desire to care for and nurture loved ones. We can feel at an impasse, knowing that to choose one seems to deny the fulfillment of the other. As a result, we can feel directionless, and that any effort will be an exercise in futility. With a quincunx, the solution is said to be in finding a third way -- not by compromising, but by shifting our perspective and our attitude enough that it allows another option to present itself. Ceres then opposes the Gemini Sun on Tuesday. Once again, it may feel as if the question is "either/or" -- either we follow our deeper wisdom and pursue the path of expansion, or we convince ourselves (or allow others to convince us) that we should do what makes the most logical sense.

...."it is important to remember when you are undergoing this difficult stage of healing the heart, that you are surfacing all that has been unspoken and unheard to be witnessed, and that out of these powerful feelings and deep-seated grief will come a spiritual strength and renewal that will be worth it all."
These are the first, middle and end paragraphs of Lisa Renee's article, Sacred Crystal Heart.
It is a very long article, and can be a difficult read about the NAA, but it is worth it to read about the depth of the 'Spirit of betrayal', and other manipulations and implants which have caused massive blocks to the heart, and what we have to do, to recover ourselves.

Sacred Crystal Heart
Lisa Renee
Dear Ascending Family,
The forces of love are one with the Eternal God Spirit that resides within our Sacred Crystal Heartand are without exception, the strongest healing and harmonizing forces available on this planet. When we open our crystal heart, we begin to work with spiritual powers which are sentient living forces in themselves, such as compassion, empathy, forgiveness and generosity towards others. The crystal heart acts as the energetic gateway of our higher spiritual bodies and opens up all of the higher frequency centers that exist within the head and crown and beyond, into the morphogenetic layers where the blueprints reside. Those of us awakening our Sacred Crystal Heart on the earth, are birthing new configuration grids for crystalline lotus heart flowers on the inner vertical channels and within the planetary grid system. During this time more than ever, it is critical to preserve our sacred hearts.

The Spirit of Betrayal
The Spirit of Betrayal
In order to assault the human heart and intend to generate broken hearts and a lack of trust in all human beings on the earth, the NAA have leveraged the Spirit of Betrayal as one of their most important tools for waging psycho-emotional warfare. Betrayal is a seed fear that is a genetically rooted in the feminine principle from the traumatic experiences of the Lemurian Holocaust, and further into the Galactic plane from the Lyran Wars. These tragic events established that particular fear pattern of betrayal in the cellular memory of the planetary energy matrix body and consequently, in the collective race memory. These distorted fear patterns were then recorded in the various layers of the energy fields' collective unconscious memory, leaving a permanent imprint on the many individual layers of consciousness that had participated in that original timeline event. The traumatic records of those holocaust events from other timelines have been erased from our conscious mind, yet are recorded in the energy matrix and cells of every living thing.

Healing the Heart
Preserving and healing our heart may be a uniquely different process for each person, however, the main purpose is to give personal meditative attention in better sensing our heart’s inner messages, in order to restore a flow of loving energy in our lives and achieve overall energetic balance. The human heart is an energy harmonizer, and naturally restores balance throughout the bodily systems when we learn how to balance the feeling sensations of the heart with the belief systems of the mind. Sensing our heart means that we are paying attention to our inner feelings, emotions, and needs while sensing the natural rhythms and discovering the deeper dimensions of our multidimensional heart. When our heart has been closed it is usually the result of previous trauma and pain that we had suffered during childhood and carried as miasmatic imprints that were unresolved from other lifetimes. In order to open our heart, we will need to be willing to face any buried and unresolved pain, facing the shadows we carry, which may include emotions like sadness, grief and despair.
As mentioned, when we begin to crack through the energetic barrier that was surrounding our pericardium and heart, we will feel the emotional depth of our soul wounds, the betrayals, the abandonment and the pain. This is the quintessential dark night of the soul. However, it is important to remember when you are undergoing this difficult stage of healing the heart, that you are surfacing all that has been unspoken and unheard to be witnessed, and that out of these powerful feelings and deep-seated grief will come a spiritual strength and renewal that will be worth it all. Practicing compassion for self and forgiveness of others, working on feelings of empathy, are ways of developing heart-based qualities that help us work through powerful and intense emotions. These are the beginning stages of intending to spiritually heal and open up our hearts on the earth. We can discover self-acceptance and find joy, feel reverence for and take pleasure in the simplest things in life. Here are some factors to support creating a peaceful oasis for ourselves even when exposed to the forces of chaos during the planetary shift.
- Address mental noise: Excessive mental chatter, negative self-talk and playing out archetypes of drama, generates imbalances throughout our body and places energy blocks around the heart. In order to regain energetic balance within all of the main four bodily systems, we must be able to sit quietly and still our mind. This begins with learning about the negative ego and learning how to control impulses and quiet the mind, through meditation or breathwork. To heal and open our sacred heart we must clear negative ego, reduce mental noise and outer distractions.
- Forgiveness: To clear out the pericardium shield and related energy blockages from around our heart complex, many times we will need to forgive ourselves and others. To forgive another person or circumstance is the most generous thing one can do for ourselves. When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger.
- Letting go: For many people that undergo deeply shocking or hard emotional challenges, such as ending relationships, this can give rise to deep negative emotions like anger, resentments and bitterness that block us from moving forward in life. The pain of such events can make us suffer from a broken heart, which has both physical and energetic impacts to closing down our heart. If we can look at life as many lessons in which we are learning to become spiritually whole, the sensation of a broken heart provides the opportunity to explore more of the dimensions of our inner selves. By being present in the moment and surrendering to the now, judgments and future expectations of others are completely dissolved. Let it all go.
- Discernment: If we act recklessly by making quick and careless decisions based on lower impulses, this interferes with good decision making by impairing our discernment. One must grow in spiritual maturity to be able to discern what is in alignment for them personally, without judgment and without concern for what others may think of your choices. As you allow yourself to be who you really are as an embodiment of soul purposed truth, you will allow others to be exactly who they need to be.
- Take inventory: When we are feeling unhappy about the current conditions in our lives, it is time to restore energetic balance by taking inventory. What are you doing in your life now that brings you meaningful connection, fulfillment and feelings of joy in the moment? If we look to others to give us permission, or rely on relationships or external events in order to experience love and happiness, this sets us up to fail. When we focus only on the external to make us happy, this is based on temporary conditions, thus, we are distracting ourselves from hearing the real messages that come from inside our hearts.
- Create Priorities: Once we have taken inventory and listened to our heart for more clarity on what generates meaningful connections and increased loving feelings, we will want to apply our new found awareness to co-create a healthier lifestyle and more balanced relationships. If we are too serious and in work mode too much of the time, without playfulness and humor, this also generates imbalances which shut down our heart. We must re-evaluate our commitments in life to reduce stress and seek to remove any areas where obligations or negative interactions are no longer supporting a more natural flow in our life.
When we are in energetic balance with ourselves, we are in balance with our spiritual self, our heart and we cease to have great personal turmoil or suffering. This is the path to becoming increasingly healthy and peaceful. May we share a prayer together for all human hearts to be healed and find inner peace.
Beloved Inner Christ self, God self, Guardian team and family, we would like to hold unconditional love, compassion, empathy and true caring for all of humanity and life on this planet, for all that we are enduring in these times. May God's divine plan return to this earth and support all of our brothers and sisters to heal and open their hearts and truly experience the perfect love and peace that is God.
Please only take what is useful for your spiritual growth and discard all the rest. Thank you for your courage and bravery to be a truth seeker. I am God, Sovereign, Free!
Until next, stay in the luminosity of your Avatar Christos Sophia heart path. Please be kind to yourself and each other. GSF!
With a Loving heart, Lisa

Is a degree still worth it?
Updated 5 hours ago
Exploding student debt and increased competition have made earning a bachelor’s degree a less likely path to financial security, Bloomberg reports. While more Americans than ever have the four-year degree — about one-third — they made less last year in real terms than in 1990, according to a New York Federal Reserve survey. While eight in 10 baby boomers say the value of their degrees outweighed its cost, only half of those under the age of 30 felt the same.

A college degree is merely a receipt.
It is proof of conforming to societal norms.
Young adults are saddled with more student loan debt than ever ($37,000+ on average).
As a result, young adults nowadays are having fewer kids and buying homes less often, even though they want to do these things.
Colleges are richer than ever, constructing tens and even hundreds of millions of dollars worth of new buildings, stadiums, and rec centers (sound familiar, Florida Gulf Coast University?). This is all funded by our student loan debt.
Oh, and the material and syllabi are decades outdated.
Grades are an illusion.
Cheating is rampant.
Many (not all) of the professors have not done the thing they are teaching (or merely reading word for word from McGraw-Hill's generic, cookie-cutter slides).
Schools are teaching meaningless degrees and charging six figures for them, preparing us for jobs that either don't exist or won't exist very soon (robots are becoming the new middle class).
In the words of my latest guest on the Growth Mindset University podcast, Ron Carucci, higher education is a crumbling empire. If it is not going to fix itself, then crumble faster and get out of the way because we have people to train for this progressive new age of business and life.
