every little thing has its place.

I was lucky enough to escape for a few days so I took my daughter to Bournemouth, a lovely busy seaside town in Dorset.

I was feeling overwrought and so tired, I really wanted a few days to "relax and do nothing but feel the sea energy" .

I  didn't know that my supporting systems were planning a different kind of physical recovery for me.

The place we stayed was on top of a cliff, so to get down the cliff to the sea front promenade we had to do long aruous walks along the cliff roads which led down to the softer intersections of roads that led to the nearby piers and seafront restaurants, both quite a few miles on eitherside from where we were staying. The other option was to go up or down steep zig zagging paths cut into the cliff side itself. The sea air on the cliff was bracing and doubly impacting to clear out the cobwebs (literally).
The sea air and energy of the beach and where the beach meets the sea, and where the beach meets the bottom of the cliff, and the energy of the cliffs as you walk up through the zig zag paths brought a package of healing, that meant you were actively participating and exerting yourself in so that these healing energies could  be delivered, well and trully into your systems.  Bournemouth also has chines, deep cuts through cliffs that are lined with amazing plants and tall trees. The deep green energies of these chines are stunning.  Both calming due to the almost tropical greenery, and exhilerating because at the top, from the highest levels you witness the scarily deep ravine, cut through to the sea way below.

"The word ‘chine’ means a ‘deep, narrow ravine cut through soft rocks by a water course descending steeply to the sea’. The word is peculiar to Dorset and the Isle of Wight, chines being very much a feature of this part of the British coast."

So this 'chine' energy was also blasted into our energy systems as we took a one and a half hour, open top tour bus through them, on a very seaside windy day.

Further, during these few days, we were swimming and sea front walking, face into the wind, eating by the sea and managed one, intense one hour long cycle, along the promenades into the wind.

All these for me, physical extremities, that  have been absent from life for the past year, acted to manoeuvre my passive and depleted energy levels, into participation and accepting a total overhaul. These amazing energies pushed through my physical systems and blasted any withering wreckage from me.

Finally on the last day we visited a shop which sold beautiful candles. As I always have candles at home, and have plenty, I was interested but wasn't planning to buy any. That is until I came across a shelf of 'deepest green' candles, with a deep mysterious scent that immediately conveyed the energy of the deep green foliage and trees filling the chines that we had been blasted with. The candles where labelled simply Hosta. So these Hosta scented candles were just simple, small packages of delight. I was immediately taken with the scent and bought 4 of them to take this energy home home with me.

I had no idea what Hosta was, I was just entranced by the scent.

I have burned them and I really love the scent, and so today I thought I would find out what Hosta actually is.

It is a plant, of many varieties, each have a fragrant flower. Then I found that there is a flower essence:

Hosta
This flower essence is a feel good remedy for sure! The Hosta remedy was an instant hit with the entire family. It has the ability to lift the spirit and produce a completely joyous and carefree attitude. It is great for excessive worry. If taken in a good mood it can even make you giddy or childlike silly. It gave me a permanent grin and made both me and Sarah (one of my daughter’s) giggly. A very interesting thing happened with my other daughter Hannah… She noticed she didn’t have to say everything she thinks which for her can be a big problem.

and I also found, in the book  The Comprehensive Vibrational Healing Guide - Life Energy Healing Modalities ...
by Maya Cointreau,

the vibration healing of hosta is described as:

The energy vibration of Hosta is just what I need I right now. I am learning to trust that, when you let it, things flow to enhance life, and that every little thing has its place. Michaela.
