Personally speaking, I have been dealing with many stressful life situations for many years, and then doing the subsequent healing and calming work. I have found that through Contraction, we arrive at Expansion...if we do our inner work, look at and explore our feelings, and how and why things present to us in OUR individual lives. The inner work brings expansion which allows Aha moments, that helps dissolve the shaky, defeat and despair of the presenting situation. Often we are presented with manifestations in our outer world that have been bubbling around in our inner worlds, (memories, experiences, past life wounds, karmic expressions) and they present outwardly to gain the insight and resolve. It is inner healing of the inner world, that the personal dramas have brought to light. Peeling back the layers of an onion always bring tears to our eyes. Doing this work then reduces the triggers that lead to Adrenal Burn Out's. Adrenal Burn Outs are a culmination of stresses that have built up and become a description of our normal physiological and psychological state, where we are primed to 'GO OFF' and end up spiralling back down the biological stress reaction cascade.The immune system needs a boost of self love and reassurance, by 'sitting with yourself', keeping calm, doing self healing and remembering that IT IS Divine Life Force streaming your energy systems. Everything else is a false god (clamouring for our attention and life blood energy) a false god we have deferred our 'Gift of Life' to, and we need to reclaim our sense of Self in Divine flow..Divine LIFE FORCE, Natural, Nature, natural energy sources and energy fields of the Earth, spiritual connection . Connecting and bonding with our higher selves to pull us out of the doldrums. Choosing who/what you are connected to, here at this time, in any moment, is determining what you are keeping real for yourself and what is sustaining you. If the choice is 'paralysis of fear' than that will be the 'sustaining energy' and that will run down your immunity....Choose alternatively, find nice things to do and use the time to learn how to get calm about life. We all need to shift into a 'quiet mode', with less emphasis on 'doing', and more on learning how to 'be'. Michaela
