The antidote, the reversal, the change of tack, is by cutting the strings to the 'victim/oppressor' dynamic. Cutting crap out of life: integrate the struggling fearful or aggressive ego back into the heart. Bless by "letting go into Bliss" ...All things will pass, unless you grip onto them with all your identity, then they will boomerang back into your face lifetime after lifetime.
