The real meaning of Christmas, and its not just for Christians.........and MY gift to YOU, for US as ONE together, moving through the dark to find the LIGHT.

 The days are holding less and less light. We are moving towards the darkest time, the time of when we hold our breath, waiting to rejoice in the expansion of light........ because the dark has become... just... too... unbearable.


At this time of year we light more candles to ward off the feelings brought in by the dark.

Most of us on earth are getting ready for Christmas. The 'Christmas' that, we, the masses contribute to, with our energies,  is mainly one of consumerism and stress.

In its crescendo, the celebration edges on being Over-inflated, and Over-whelming, and when its Over,  it's anticlimax, leaves you with the distaste of  more disillusion and more despair that 'The BIG MEANING(??)' did not pull you back from the brink of despair........ it just left you there for another year.

That is why it's time to really look at 'What' we are supposed to be celebrating at Christmas. And believe it or not, it is not just for Christians.

..last night's, "Evening with the Angels", was an absolute pleasure to Host.
It was a light filled Christmas party with the soft glow of a powerful Angelic vibration.

We enjoyed angel card readings and I combined a guided visualisation/ meditation with some profound Angelic healing for all.

With breaks for Christmas chocolate, mince pies, nuts and , herbal teas and oranges.

Thanks to everyone who came.

So just now, I unpacked my Angelic Reiki cards and crystals. The card drawn for melast night  was Mother Theresa's, Activist, which was great for me as she is one of the most active of human saints, of our times.

The pink symbol in the picture is the Antakarana. It is a symbol, mysteriously introduced into Tibet, centuries ago, and used to connect with the Higher Self.

Using this symbol, give yourself the present of connecting with your higher self.  This is what Christmas is really about.

Christmas is about the LIGHT entering this world. This dark 3 dimensional world.
The Christ Light is actually about US, raising Our Vibration to embody the Christ light.
SO, it is not only for this time of the darkest days in this world's yearly calendar, but it is for each and every day. For with each year that passes, more and more of us, open up to invite the Divine light to express through us.

It is a slow process as this Allowing the light into us, individually and collectively, cannot happen while we are still wrapped in the packaging of consumerism and filled with doubts and negativity.  It cannot happen while we are  blinded and deafened by the constant clamour of WAR and Hatred. It cannot happen while we agree to remain in the manipulated  imprison of fear.  We MUST surely be done with the constant delivery of  manipulated TERROR, which strikes into the heart of each country, year in and year out.

It will come to an end when we reject it, and keep rejecting it, till it no more appears on our screens and out of the world. We must reject it and EJECT it from this timeline if we are to continue to evolve and expand. Until we eject it we remain in the dark, and we stay in the DARK ages, still as a living history that can't ....quite... get out ..of...the....swamp.  The same swamp wherin lies the history of  the Crusades, the history of torture, of torture equipment, of witch hunts, of hanging and be-heading, of blood lust and poverty, of slaves and monarchic rule, of people being tied into domestic and corporate slavery, and ....and yes, look around..... still looking swampy to me.

Until we reject this swamp, created in history and still thriving today,  we remain divided and segregated from each other and the Christ light cannot fully enter.

BUT when we, as individuals, reject this Fear and turn instead to our HIGHER SELF for guidance, we raise our individual Vibration. One by one. And this in turn changes the colour of energy emanating from the collective.

By Rejecting the age old, presumption that 'normal people, crowds of individuals, are merely, and randomly, selected to be killed in a war that has no meaning, that is primarily about DELIVERING FEAR TO THE WORLD, to keep them small, overwhelmed, disempowered. and is about DELIVERING MONEY AND POWER to those who already have vast wealth made upon the backs of normal people, like you and me, driven to a slave/zombie behaviour and are kept in some kind of brain fogging trance.

By rejecting this...and turning your face to the mysterious and powerful inner SELF, 

By connecting with your Higher Self....

YOU ADD the LIGHT to the Collective consciousness. 
YOU CEASE TO add  your own Fears......YOU add your OWN light. 

Your contribution of light acts in the slow dissolution of  the fear,  and it gently nudges others into seeking their Light. 

Your Gift to humanity is to do this, to contribute light to Humanity's collective Consciousness.

Humanity's Collective consciousness is the living breathing organism which informs what happens on this Planet.

Do you remember, the symbol of the SON ?  That the WORLD is  waiting for the return of the SON?

Well, WE are the 'SON'.  We are the SON of Life, that we are waiting to return.

Antahkarana - A Powerful Healing Symbol That Is Easily Used

Think of it as being part of our spiritual anatomy, connecting the physical body with our higher selves. This makes it an effective way for the two auras of the self to communicate and maybe that is why it is so effective as a sacred meditation and healing tool.

Many say the symbol originated in Tibet, although no records exist, but its powerful effects have created its own validity.

For healing purposes, Tibetans created candlelit rooms within which they placed a large oval bowl filled with several inches of water, representing the waters of life. In the center of the water, the Antahkarana symbol , usually made of silver, is placed. One wall is of polished copper polished creating a healing mirror; another wall is adorned with paintings depicting other healing symbols. The healer meditates on the symbol using his or her concentration to unite the energies of the symbol with that of the person requiring healing. 

The Antahkarana symbol creates an energy that has a direct effect on the human aura, directly reaching chakra points in various ways. This depends as much on the size of the symbol as on the pattern created by the symbol. Visual images of powerful symbols are of course nothing new. It is an age-old practice that pops up in many different cultures. Yantra meditation for instance uses visual images to reach the consciousness. The Antahkarana is a very ancient healing and meditation symbol that has been used in China and Tibet for thousands of years. Today, it is a widely known symbol which those who use it claim has a consciousness of its own. The symbol is so powerful it can work independently of outside energy.

Guided meditation to Angel healing. With closed eyes, and sitting (or lying) comfortably, take deep breath into the abdomen, and exhale, repeat several times. Then allow breath to come to its usual comfortable rhythm.  Scan the body for any discomfort or stress, any physical straining  and adjust position.  Release and lengthen the neck and feel as all contractions throughout the back muscles and bones are opened,  and tensions move out of the body. Check to soften the eyes, mouth, into smiling eyes, smiling mouth. Check to soften the heart, and stomach into gently inwardly smiling heart and soft smiling stomach. Feel that you and your body is supported in the chair. Feel the the seat fully supporting you, REST and SINK into that support.  Feel that your feet are fully flat on the ground, and are supported by the ground. REST and SINK into that support. Bring your attention now to your pelvis, sitting in the chair and fully supported. VISUALISE  that your pelvis becomes filled with white light.  Visualise that your pelvic bone is now made of white light.    VISUALISE that you extend this white light down through your long bones in your thighs,   extending this white light  down through the knees, down though the calves down through the ankles, down through and out of the soles of the feet, Visualise this now as  CORDS OF white light extending from your feet,  down through the Earth, DEEP deep down.  DEEP Down through the Earth, Keep going, DEEPER,.........  Eventually the cords from your feet reach the CORE of the EARTH. Patterns being Realised:
Okay I certainly have some, as do we all. On personal level, my intention has been for sometime, Months if not the past year, to regain my authority and to embody my true divinity within this life experience. That is process that I wish to unfold. It is layers of letting go, "seeing" the old operation in progress and nudging, sometimes gently, sometimes with brute force, out of it. The 'programs' have been the framework of how we see ourselves, personally and with respect to our place in the world, and constitue how we operate in each scenario. This is how we default, unconsciously to an automatic pilot, a frame of reference that is no longer holding up.

This is a long but life changing process. The process we plough through, sometimes lets us skim over, skip on top, fast track through, but usually we swim through deep water, plunge in and get out of depth (for a while) unable to breath, tread water, climb mountains and often catch the splendid view. We can be  walking aimlessly through fog or plateauing on some savanna, oh and  don't forget the forty days and forty nights and of course the 'dark night of the soul'.

The module I am currently on is about being displaced and disconnected from HAVING a place in this world. The powers that be, the universe, (the universe that is ME) has lined up some cryptic stuff that I am trying to prise open. I can see the other side. But How do I get to it. How it is playing out, (manifesting in my life) is being subjected to a series of "out of my control" situations concerning income that does not match outgoings. That is, HIGH out going bills just to have a roof over our heads, with little coming in that does not meet those costs. ALSO, the roof over heads is not ours, and it is full of the landlady's stuff in storage. The bath is falling through the floor, the boiler is old and Hoists up fuels bills, through the ROOF. There is no home insulation or double glazed windows. Bit by bit, cracks open, door handles crack off, There is not enough storage and it is just hard work to keep the home looking and feeling nice. This is our sanctuary, only it is not ours, it is someone elses and we are caught between a rock and a hard place, as this rent is high, but other rents out there are much higher. So this scenario is calling me to look deep.

Where do I look? When I was on the bus the other day, when pulled into the bus station, the driver got out of his cab and came to the back of the bus. He was looking for the cause of something setting off an emergency alarm, and there had been a loud rattling sound. He checked the emergency exit, and went upstairs to check the emergency on the top deck. An inspector got on and helped him. The bus was delayed while they checked. Then the inspector, got off and went around to the outside to check the downstairs emergency exit door. He opened it, then shut it again properly. The alarm stopped. The bus was able to proceed. I watched this unfold calmly,  then instantly I was absolutely sure, and got excited then, that I was being shown that there is a "Emergency Exit door". This was showing me that this period was a delaying space, a holding space during my process for me to see a way out, rather than 'just sit on a bus to continue as a passenger in my journey'. I can use the emergency exit door, 'a quicker way of leaving a situation that I have grown out of', all I have to do is see it. So as I watched what was going on, calmly, as I looked on, I got to SEE trully what I was looking at, an EMERGENCY EXIT. So now I know there is a second way OUT of this, it is quicker than the main way, the unquestioning " I'll just sit here till I figure it out" way. There is a fast track out of the sitaution! So I will let you know what the  "emergency exit" is when I get to see it.

But I believe I already "know" so I will take the action  I SEE to do, to move out of the patterns, the Manifesting situations. The manifesting patterns in my outer world are showing me that I am sitting as a passenger a bus. At present I am still not driving my own life,  according to my own passions and yearnings. My actions and life unfolding are being crafted only as a result of me allowing my power to determine my focus on everyone else's needs, and my energy drains out through to society dictates, and distractions, and conforming beliefs about money and security.  My energy is being diverted and distracted out to god knows where, and I am still sitting on the bus.  I KNOW THIS. I have all that I need to jump out of the emergency exit and  get on to my own track. I just need to remember that I have the POWER to do this.

This intensity of light will continue from this point forward and the body will adjust in increments.  While this has been a tumultuous time, much density has been and is being cleared from the collective and the personal form.  All that does not serve the light is being brought to the surface within you and in the collective as a whole. Patterns of behavior and thoughts are coming to the forefront now to be addressed and released. For some these are patterns that are deeply rooted in all layers of the being and are not easily recognized. It is this reason that the energy seeks to highlight this pattern by making it more obvious and exaggerated. While uncomfortable it is necessary for the individual and the collective to experience a resurgence of all behaviors, thoughts, and emotions that are not in alignment. It is in this way that they become recognizable and undeniable. From the point of seeing a pattern one can then make a conscious choice to do different. The repeating of the patterns is how one’s power is given away. These beliefs, thoughts and actions must be changed in order to reach your full potential. While you may feel that you are caught in a loop of undesired emotions, thoughts and behaviors, understand that each moment you choose to react differently you are then rewriting the programs that are running and in some cases you are creating new ones. This must happen in order for your original template to be restored to allow for your highest aspect to be completely embodied. In each moment, you have a choice on how you respond to what you are being shown. For some this is a theme that has been present throughout your entire life and has presented itself in all areas of your life. Are you able to see where this pattern has impacted you and how it has hindered your development? This is showing you where you have given your personal power away. Some may recognize the repeated response ingrained deep within, yet feel that they are unable to make the change. Understand that the effects of the pattern will only continue to intensify as the light on your planet and within you does the same.  We ask that upon recognizing that which is not in alignment that you examine where it has impacted every area of your life, this will allow you to see where you can make different choices, rewriting the programming within. While your soul has learned much from this experience, it is time to move beyond. Now is the time that each of you needs to step into your power, into your divinity, remembering who you are. Each of you that embodies a heart centered existence helps to transform all around you. It is through your heart that you will see the change that you so wish to see. We are excited and encouraged by the great changes taking place. Quan Yin Personal Conversation with Quan Yin: Me: My biggest pattern is self-sabotage in the form of not taking care of my physical body, though not eating right and not exercising and with that comes the really negative self talk. Quan Yin: All patterns are a form of self-sabotage. It is through your actions or inaction that you give your power away. Me: So if I decide to eat poorly, neglect the physical body, gain weight etc. continuing a lifelong pattern, is that in my highest good? Quan Yin: Yes Me: Wait. If I exercise, treat my body well, eat well and control the inner dialog is that in my highest good? Quan Yin: Yes…. You seem surprised. If you need to experience the repercussions of neglecting your body, of not embodying your highest self in these moments, then there is still growth and experience that your soul is needing. However, it is your choice and at any moment you can choose a new path, new actions. Me: So it’s a question of can I love myself enough to stop sabotaging my health and well-being.  Quan Yin: Yes. Are you ready to embody all that you are? To love yourself completely? Me: Yes, though I feel it’s like climbing a mountain. Quan Yin: All mountains are climbed one step at a time. I share this dialog with you because I know that each of you have your own forms of self-sabotage and there is no shame in this. It’s what we choose as our challenge to overcome as we return to self. These patterns can take so many forms. Some may cripple themselves with doubt, some may sabotage their opportunities by not acting on them, and some put themselves last in all ways: relationships, employment, parenthood etc. Others may repeat the pattern of not seeing their worth or attracting to themselves people who damage their sense of self.  My point is that WE ALL have something we are working through. It is not easy to rewrite a pattern that has existed for so long in all our layers. So we need to be gentle with ourselves, celebrate the victories and not beat ourselves up for the missteps. This is a marathon, not a sprint and we do this one step at a time by being brutally honest with ourselves and owning all of our stuff. Bring it out into the light. This will initiate a reunion with your Spiritual Triad, a Sacred Facet of your Divine Self, which is awaiting your return within the first sub-plane of the Fifth Dimension. This is humanity’s major goal for this round of evolution. Remember, ALL Creation—the Omniverse at all levels—is Cosmic Energy, which was sent forth from the Heart-Core of the Supreme Creator. This Energy is composed of vibrational frequencies of infinite variations, which interpenetrate with each other, and yet are separated from each other by the variance in Light frequency patterns. The Light/Energy of the Creator contains all the components of Creation, and these innumerable Seeded Patterns of Light make up the complexity of the many levels of material manifestation. The terms used to describe the multiple levels of Creation, such as “Dimensions and Sub-Dimensions,” are used to bring clarity and understanding of the very complex nature of the reality in which all Creation exists. We have defined the stages or levels of the Ascension process that humanity is currently experiencing as “STAGES OF EVOLUTION.” After you return to balance and harmonize your mental, emotional, physical and etheric bodies within the vibratory fields of the Third Dimension, you are ready to focus on the Fourth Dimension and the Emotional-Astral Planes. Most of the advanced Souls who have incarnated within the last fifty or so years came in with their Third-Dimensional Soul Fragments already harmonized and integrated, and many came in with a good portion of their Fourth-Dimensional Fragments integrated as well. These precious Souls are the ones who agreed to sink into the density of the Third-/Fourth-Dimensional illusional density so they could become the Vanguard /Wayshowers who would lead the Way onto the upward spiraling Path into the entry realms of the Fifth Kingdom. As these brave Light Bearers are lifted up, so are the Earth and all humanity. A period of great renunciation prefaces the complete transition out of the Fourth Human Kingdom (the Fourth Dimension). You must experience the challenges and tests of the fourth stage of the Ascension process, so that you may return to the originally designed path of Light and shadow, in order to complete the journey of duality. In doing so, you will gain entrance into the Fifth Kingdom of the Sacred Triad, which is the foundation of the Fifth-Dimensional reality. At the end of the Fourth-Dimensional stage, the many Fragments or Soul extensions of your Soul-Self from within the Third/Fourth Dimensions will have returned to the center of origin within your Diamond Core God Cell. A completion of the Fourth Stage of Evolution will result in a fusion of Love/Intelligence between the Soul and the personality. Yes, it is possible to achieve this spiritual state of Soul-awareness while in the physical vessel. At this time, many StarSeed Souls are close to accomplishing this goal. It will become a common occurrence over the next twenty or so years, and the Ascension of humanity will accelerate throughout this century. This unique phase of Ascension was designed to be a “Group Ascension,” whereby groups of specialized Souls, which came forth together into this Sub-Universe, are gradually reuniting. Your journey into separation is complete, and you are joining together once more as you begin this amazing adventure back into the higher realms of Light and life. The main purpose of a Soul-infused personality is to become proficient in bringing down, into the physical Plane, the highest frequencies of God-Consciousness that he/she can embody and radiate out into the world. This results in illumination and Self-mastery. Through the process of integration and assimilation, the Soul Self slowly reunites all the Fragments of Itself within the Third and Fourth Dimensions into the physical vessel, thereby creating a Soul-infused personality. The Will of the Soul and the will of the human personality must blend in order to align with the next higher level of God-Consciousness. Remember, the Soul is only a dim reflection/Facet of Its original God-Seed Atom within this Sub-Universe. The Soul’s ultimate goal has always been to eventually return to a state of Divine Consciousness. While in a physical vessel, within this solar system, and during these times of transformation, your return journey from materiality involves experiencing and harmonizing the various Sub-Dimensional levels of sentience–or what has been designated as STAGES OF CONSCIOUS AWARENESS–which necessitate correcting and harmonizing of various negative thought forms of consciousness within the many Soul fragments you have created down through the ages. In doing so, you are gradually integrating these precious Facets of yourself. Over time, on this journey of Ascension, you will integrate all of the lower-frequency Soul Fragments you have created. And you are now in the process of downloading, via your Soul Star, all of the higher-frequency Facets of Soul-consciousness. The Superconscious Mind and the Soul work in harmony one with another, once a person begins to awaken to and heed the inner voice of Spirit. The Soul Self begins to download or radiate Its storehouse of mental and emotional wisdom, via Its Memory Seed Atoms, into the individual’s physical, emotional, mental and Etheric Being. These memory cells of consciousness are carefully monitored and calibrated to be of no higher frequencies than the physical vessel can accommodate. These thought form patterns will gradually increase in Light quotient, consisting of higher frequency energy, as the aspirant progresses on the Path of Light. In graduated stages, there is a fusion or conscious merging of the Soul and the ego-desire body/personality, until a point of equilibrium is achieved. This is called a “Soul Merge,” whereby the seeker becomes a Soul-infused personality. The Fourth Dimension could be called a “transitional reality,” for this is where humanity begins to let go of all the preconditioning of the past. The Fourth-Dimensional realm is more emotional in nature, and therefore, the heart and feeling nature begin to be the major focus. The ancients called it the “Realm of Maya or illusion.” The collective mass consciousness of humanity created the lower three dimensional levels, which are the Astral Planes of the Fourth Dimension, and this is where most of humanity exists mentally until they gradually begin to turn inward and listen to the nudgings of their Higher Soul Self. The ego-desire personality is the master manipulator of this realm, and it constantly urges one to seek more satisfaction and happiness via sensation and acquisition. When the Fourth-Dimensional stage of awareness is almost completed, you connect with your Sacred Triad, via the Antakarana, which is a direct stream of Life/Light from your God-Seed Atom. At that time, a Memory-Seed Atom, stored within the Root chakra at the base of the spine, gradually begins to spiral up through the Light Rod of Power, along the spinal column, and then anchors within the Pineal Gland. This, in turn, will activate another Memory Seed Atom of higher awareness—your new Divine Blueprint for the coming age—within the Pineal Gland. You will begin to tap into your inner power potential as you move into the higher sub-levels of the Fourth Dimension. Matter becomes more fluid, and therefore, it becomes easier to manifest what you desire. That is why you must learn to be decisive and to focus your thoughts with clear intention. A disciplined mind links the chains of thought together in a proper order. It is vitally important for you to understand that scattered thoughts are detrimental to your progress. Living in the present moment—in the NOWmoment—is a critical component in attaining Self-mastery. Mental effort is required in order to successfully traverse the path of illumination. Gradually, a good portion of your memory of past events will begin to fade as you move out of the realm of the instinctual brain/mind into the realms of the cosmic stream of knowledge and your Sacred Mind. Important traits of a Self-master are focused observational abilities and harmlessness in thought, word, and deed. As an aspirant on the Path, greater and greater cosmic truths will be revealed to you. However, you should be aware that the lesser principles of ageless wisdom will constantly be expanded to incorporate the unique rules, laws and truths of the next level of existence in the never-ending cycle of Ascension in consciousness. AS YOU PREPARE FOR ENTRY INTO A FIFTH-DIMENSIONAL ENVIRONMENT, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE AN UPGRADING OF YOUR EMOTIONAL ATTITUDE AND AN INCREASE IN YOUR MENTAL APTITUDE. It is important that you not run away from “unfinished business,” but stay in your present environment (circumstances) while you are deciding what your “destiny passion” is (or what your next step into Self-awareness is to be). In other words, if your home life is in chaos, or if you are dissatisfied in the work place or in any of your personal relationships, there is inner work to be done before you can manifest harmony and balance in your outer world. Take an inventory and endeavor to discover what lessons are to be learned from each situation. Endeavor to see the best in everyone, and consciously seek to make an attitude adjustment. Every person you interact with, and every situation that is presented to you each day that makes an impact on you, contain a lesson to be learned. The greatest thing that is holding everyone back from attaining Self-mastery and claiming the beauty, bounty, joy, peace and harmony—which is the Divine Birthright for all humanity—is fear. Fear of failure; fear of the unknown; fear of success, and of moving out of the comfort zone of your present existence. We have stated before, your earthly contract for this lifetime is in the final stages of completion, and that applies to every Soul on Earth. This also means that every person on Earth is being given an opportunity to write a new “Galactic Contract.” That means Scripting Your Future or your future will be decided for you, and it will not be nearly as exciting and filled with potential. Each person must take responsibility for their own past, present and future. It is more important than ever to “KNOW THYSELF.” My brave Bearers of the Light, at one level, the collective consciousness of humanity has moved deeper into a sense of separation, fear of violence, and anxiety about what the future holds.
