The further down you are plunged, or pushed, the higher you bounce back up....eventually. Do the inner work, get down and dirty as you address each situation. What ever is showing up in your life is there for you to look at and get to the bottom of, in order to resolve the inner issues. After the storm there is no other way but up.

Things have been challenging for most of us, for quite some time. Years for some of us, months for others.

Although I do look around and see that some folk do not outwardly show any inner changes and shifts and just continue with the routine. Sometimes I envy the fact that they do not seem to be affected and not experiencing the turbulence of moving through troubled waters, but I also know that there is no other way to move through these times. We have to be deconstructed in order to be reconstructed differently. There has to be change, an individual must decide whether whats going on for them is precisely what they desire in life, or if going through the turbulence to dismantle outdated functioning and adherence to imposed life styles, is in fact, the most important thing we can do in this lifetime, right now. If we do not, we remain in the groundhog day, of same old same old, until eventually it all becomes so old and worn out, we have no choice but to work, painfully with the inner stuff, and plow on through, and release from the old resonance that becomes increasingly debilitating. We have to unearth that part of us, individually and collectively, which has been growing in the dark to allow the shoots of new life to push through. It is time in this current evolutionary phase.

It is in 'giving up' the old processes, and ways of doing and being, that hurts.  As we give up or have taken from us, the foundation and roots of the old ways of doing and being, we do not recognise the alternative, it is scary as we can not 'see' or 'step into' the new way. Not yet. We have to uninstall the old ways, we have to raise the frequency of our own energy vibration in order to 'see and resonate with' the new higher frequency possibilities and potentials. It is bit by bit, step by step, that we let go of and raise up to new and higher levels of understanding, level by level. We can only 'see, feel and experience' the insights, beliefs and experiences that are similar to our own energetic vibration.

The old ways of being governed by 'Other than ourselves', and not always for our benefit, have coralled us into herds for easier management and, granted, humans do not always act with integrity, but I believe that deep down our energy is easy going, loving, and actually gullible and naive.

It is this naivety that allowed us to be overwhelmed, directed and manipulated into being governed into various herd instinctive behaviour that exhibit racism, consumerism, lack and poverty consciousness identities, hate and fear. We have been cloned as drone workers, pushed into agricultural and factory fodder, not to further enhance the individual experience or improve society but with the intention to make the powerful, more powerful. Under each 'banner' waved by each society and each culture, we remained loyal. Perhaps it was necessary, perhaps whatever history mankind has endured was necessary. Perhaps being pushed into debt slavery and all kinds of other slavery and soul depreciating work to become brain dead was necessary, and perhaps being distracted from this while we watch even more brain deadening entertainment, used as distraction to keep us from seeing the real picture, too was necessary in some way, as we cannot fathom everything out, not yet.....

....But the old ways of 'being part of a false and contrived society' has run its course, we have learned what we needed to learn from it. It   has been a formidable presence and forcing factor since childhood and does not allow the genuine nature or nurture of the new soul expression that is waiting to come onto the stage now.

We need to evolve out of it and take charge of our individual soul's progress.

We need to gather up the inner child of trust, freedom, love and connection with source and allow that to navigate us from the heart into the new.

 The head, until we learn to manage our own energy output, resulting from outside influences and the need to be directed from outside of ourselves, will always bring us back to the old. 

We need now to shine a spotlight of blazing sunshine onto our own histories and rewrite the stories with the addition of magic. See your story differently each time you heal from it. We do not need to change it, we just need the magic to understand it differently.

We also need to bring the magic into the present and see it's presence in the routine. We need to pull the plug on the old, heal the old wounds and reconnect with the spirit of the inner child, and see the magic.

We get to the day when we recognise that things will different from now on.




As I sat out in my garden today, I saw an eagle flying in a circle overhead I have never seen an eagle here before. I looked up and smiled as I recognised the magic in what I was seeing.


At the end of a very long drawn out healing period, I went back to Ireland for a short break to get some space, a breather and some freedom from the 'dramas' of old style responsibility.

After a few blowy stormy days, I took a long walk with my little camera.

When the sun shines on a land that is wet from rain, you can see the magic.
