Body and mind.

Image result for human body outline with organs

We all have a body. All our bodies look something like this. The interiors structures holding us up and metabolising processes are the same for each of us. The organs do the same the job in each of us.
Blood moves in the same way, and oxygen is delivered to our body cells by being dropped off by heamoglobin. Waste is managed in similar ways for each of us. The brain sends us messages to carryout to walk from A to B.

We all have a mind.

What is happening is a painful upgrade that our minds cannot manage, its being done by our biological systems, and our spiritual systems. The mind is only rolling on the perspective of that which it can interpret, but that which is being interpreted is only interpreted using the lens of what we know. What if we don't know much?

What if the mind is holding itself back, because it is so busy conjuring scenarios up from the 'nothing' it knows. What if we just admit that what we know is up for review? Because its time to see that each of the bodies dancing around us, is our neighbour and we share commonalities. More importantly we should start to recognise we share insecurities and we share 'not knowing'.

What if we dump all the stuff  'that we don't know'  and make space for new stuff  to allow for new creativity? And what if we begin to look for a shared deeper mind, and shared human accomplishments.

What if we embrace  the evolution that our body is silently but meaningfully and biologically shifting up into, but while our minds are still racing around the hypermarket and being scared of its own shadow, we just don't see it.
