Discernment about what you allow into your energy spheres.

There is a lot of fear fuelled stuff being peddled to us, we are all guided to use discernment about  what we take into our energy spheres.

I suggest action to meditate,  to take your personal energy off planet, be as the eagle flying over the mountains. Fill up with self sovereignty and continue to loose pounds of lower level energy 'weight'. Reduce the triggers and emotional toxicity by releasing personal pain and victim energy. Reduce the LOAD of emotional carnage within the collective consciousness by dropping your own. Forgive and forget in the highest possible way. That way, there will be less of your own low level baggage for Negativity and Fear to zero into, hook on and attach to.  The  situation has worked in this way up til now, so that we remain hooked into the density of the collective conscious swamp thinking, by having our physical and emotional sores/traumas and wounds from the past, reignited on an almost daily basis.

When you pull back from this, then YOU can discern with ease,  and read with objectivity and neutral subjectivity, unfolding either ITS CONTEXT, or Its CONTENT  or Any higher-self message that provides WHAT IT IS THAT YOU ARE GUIDED TO UNDERSTAND from whatever material you allow yourself to engage with. You May well find you scan over and delete much of it. YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE IN EVERYTHING YOU COME ACROSS.

Whilst much of the harder to take in stuff is true, in its devasting Bleakness...it remains, that it is
... a snapshot of all that is still part of the harshness of the illusion of separation from source, and THEREFORE illustrates  too accurately,  OUR NOW HISTORY in this time, as humanity tumbles and stumbles through the process of the much required evolution...

This stage of the EVOLUTION PROCESS  requires the 'reparation and removal of  the said harshness of the illusion of separation from source' while simultaneously expanding ourselves into unity of oneness.

The facts being paraded, (mixed in with disinformation and outright mind traps) can be seen as long lists of things ( and all their consequences and intentions,)  that need CHANGE* in order for us to live closer-to-source  creator lives and, while we are shocked and horrified, we are all here to bring to 'life' our higher purposes at this time, for most of us that means to act with source consciousness toward this aim. We need to maintain NEUTRAL so that :

• they don't bring our energy spheres back down to swamp level laded with more fear.
• we continue to upgrade ourselves, individually, in order to bring about the clearing of the swamp. We can't do that while still feeling angry, vengeful, fearful etc. 

Don't ever forget that you have the ability to refine your qualities and skills into those that DO clean the swamp around you. In so doing you help clean the swamp in the collective consciousness.

*CHANGE is where we are talking about transmuting 'bad' energy, back into its  highest expression of ENERGY consciousness units to be recycled and reused for higher energy level purposes.

All is ENERGY
Good and bad
ENERGY CANNOT BE  DESTROYED it is something that recycles and so when released from one form/idea/item of matter...it is free to become another.
'Bad' ENERGY, or rather BAD USE OF Energy, can be transmuted back into its original high level purity and reused as high spec building consciousness units.

 Lets continuously transmute this 'bad' energy and release these new 'high-spec' building consciousness blocks with which to build a NEW HIGH SPEC world.
