Stressed out and sick, then its time to learn why. Specifically.
I have been exploring my symptoms of stress for many months now.
My investigations had brought me back to the gut-brain axis.
I figured I had inherited a 'stress pathway' that no matter what I did, would ultimately bring my body down and into a torrential river of stress hormones, pushing away everything else in its path.
Even things that should or would previously have been experienced as excitement, were
translated as 'stress' and set off down the torrential- river 'stress pathway.'

Linking to find my 'anger' energy...and see that the 'packet of energy' on its way to becoming an 'anger' reaction.... can be the catalyst used for transformational action .
Doing the clearing work. Again and again...
In meditation I was able to link the messages from three aspects and found they were one and the same. Relating this is about recording the process for myself, but it may help those who are going through similar. To be nudged into doing this work is to have a longing for clarity, and a need to release from any emerging discordant feelings. These feelings are flags waving, indicating the place where there is discord in your systems.
