She explains that to move out of the negative experience we have to crystallise the positive thought and emotion by acting on them. The positive deed that acts on the positive thought and emotion is the infuser, and the more you do of one thing, the more you see of it. So choose.

We can learn that we can choose to  detox 'body and mind' from the negativity and deception that has hacked our consciousness and our knowledge of ourselves to upgrade our frequency of vibration and upgrade ourselves and our experience of life in matter.

 We have had the 'opportunity' to learn what negativity brings, so The goal is to stay away from the negative, in order to reconstruct a new brand positive outcome.
