This is important news. The judgment has blocked the Biden administration from enforcing a vaccine-or-testing mandate for employers with more than 100 employees and has dealt a blow to a key element of the White House’s dictatorial response to, indeed exploitation of, the Covid virus. In effect it ends forced Covid vaccinations at the federal level.
