The only way is up. To fill your own hot air balloon with your passions and creativity so that it lifts you higher. Having integrated the personal shadow and allowed it space and voice, it must be heard and be accounted for, in order to alchemise the tensions barometer that lie in your personal systems. This is akin to studying hard for an important academic test and one which requires you to pull the rabbit out of the hat, so to speak. Showing up for yourself as the real and true you, and showing up for the test. This intense TENSION period, as when studying for exams in school or college or university...means you are unlikely to be able to eat or sleep properly until the test has been completed. This alchemisation period is the mechanism by which the shadow is restored to your normal health and the balance of energy is resumed but having acquired a greater spiritual mass and stature, having accomplished that which the 'tension' asked you to do. Some frame it as karma. Some say it is building relationship with intuition. Either way, it grows a whole new level onto your building that upgrades the previous. It embellishes and adds muscle. To return to the hot air balloon allegory... You now have integrated a whole host of reserves and resources with which to 'Spirit' your passions and enthusiasms into life... (which may be different from ones before). This is creating the hot air, out of YOUR OWN spirit and consciousness, to fill the life to which you are heading, and that which also adds to the collection of like minded hot air balloons that will fill the horizon and paint the skies a different colour ....AND which, will be taking up space, previously occupied by the transient '''belief '' hot air balloons mentioned before, that will have no more breath of belief to keep them in place.. .
