We must acknowledge our patterns, our flaws, where we have lacked compassion for others, where we need to change. Self Expression is needed to heal, otherwise it manifests as dis-ease, the state of the world.. the manifestation of lung dis-ease, the masks, the division, the wrongful deaths of innocent... are symbolic of what has been suppressed (breath is Spirit/Life) we have suppressed/or continued to allow the suppression of Spirit/Life.
