In my waking hours, on a day to day basis, I feel I want to draw this fact in with my breath and let it expand in my awareness, I want this to be my fact, my truth.
I probably do know this, very well. Deep in my innateness.
But in my waking hours, my thinking mind keeps questioning, "Does the universe really provide?" I then say, "Hey ego, I thought I had you tamed! Why are you popping up now and questioning stuff that the rest of me has done with?"
I think it is because there is no physical landmark for "The universe has indeed provided" scenario. There is no paperwork, no receipt, no VAT, no MOT, no qualifying class or certificate. There is no badge or sticker, no graduation or higher level education curriculum that says you have this understanding fully tucked inside your belt.
So then, the 'we' who drift off to enjoy the universe provides' reality are usually the same 'we', who when we come back to running the physical gauntlet, look around and see that 'things' can be perceived as not being changed, or altered, so our minds tell us that the universe we had been busy conversing with, hasn't fulfilled the 'providing' that we expected to see in the physical plane.
When we drift off again, we see that the physical world is just the 'physical gauntlet', it is the illusion, and "the universe provides" is the alternate reality that needs to be seen for what it is. It is the reality that over rides the illusion. Coming back and forth onto the matrix makes you feel dizzy, but doing it repeatedly just leads you to a place where you know that trully 'the universe provides', even when you are back on planet earth, feet on the ground, you 'know' it from a place bigger than your mind.
Because this is all a dream-like experience made for growth and expansion, we don't really die, we just get lit up and become one with the vastness of being. When we realise this, we remember that 'we' are the 'universe' who does the providing. We provide in fact what we need for the journey, what we need for our own experience and expansion. So we are the creators of our own world. We are the creators of our universe. We need to understand that through a seamless process, our thoughts and beliefs, conjure up and pull out of the hat, props like magic rabbits, magic wands, smoke, bells, whistles and very often chemical explosions, which are all 'props' that guide us through the illusion to the place of us learning who we really are.
We planned this convoluted journey so that we would eventually remember how to claim the fact that we are providers of the universe.
Now we just need to remember this and step up to the next level, because this one feels like forever. We get stuck like rabbits on airfield runways. We become blinded by the commotion and distortions of the wider experience that do not lend a kind space for us to nurture those parts of us that we really need to nurture, by going deep inside us. We step up to the next level, by going deep inside, back into the true reality, retrieving the 'whole' of the polar piece issue, we heal them back together again, into integration, by finding the truth of the wholeness that they originate from, and allowing its emergence out into the freshness of expansion.
Deep inside the 'design and construction' department of ourselves, we have hidden BIG issues that because they are buried so deep, cause so much distortion in our day to day life.
They are 'planted and embedded' to ensure we are driven to make the alignment with certain agendas, life situations and meeting the 'right' people that will tweak them and trigger off the required impulse that 'colours the vision' of your experience.
They are to provide the CONTRAST to the power and immensity of being part of the oneness of All that is.
So, what is your trigger issue that you have decided to experience to its fullest, in the contrast to All That Is? Know that, as 'the universe provides,' it is you who are providing your universe with everything that fulfills your path down that line, so that your EXPANSION comes truly into existence through that route that you have chosen.
For example (mine). One issue that I thought I dealt with, resurfaced again. Rejection. This was painful because I could not actually identify the emerging feeling, it had taken on a cryptic tone, and it wasn't clear. Now later, I can see that I needed to decode the encryption, the reason why I keep bumping my head on yet another glass ceiling, but couldn't figure why. So eventually some kind and willing family members conjured up helpful scenarios to bring me to alignment. Because it was family, obviously so very close and very uncomfortable, this one issue was slammed back at me till I got the message that there is still remains a deep issue, so deep that I needed to be slammed into the door that it hides behind. Until I recognise this, I ,whithering and licking my wounds...again, respond with "why am I creating this BS and how am I going to stop creating it, and create something better".
If you want to stop creating something, you have to first acknowledge, that you are the designer of the issue that keeps cycling back into your life.
The issue raised was rejection. Without going into detail, and after quite a few, head on explosive episodes, I learned that it was rejection, but also that the issue of rejection coming up, was quite a few levels deeper than I had cleared before, and because it was at such a deep level, I couldn't recognise it as rejection. In fact it needed more intensity and severe explosions to break open that vein in my rocks.
So here I am with the 'Rejection thing', again, but at a deeper level, ever so encrypted and embedded, that I can't actually feel being Rejected, but through doing the inner work, I know soon, without doubt, that this is what it is.
What do we do with it now? Well Maybe Tapping with EFT, will work. I try expressing the embedded issue of rejection through healing art. I try journalling and even better, blogging.

Also Working with what comes up at the times around full moons and sprinkling different kinds of light onto situations can help you arrive expansive conclusions.
I know that those people involved in the situations did not know they were triggering a deep issue within me, so there is no real closure needed there, maybe a clearing of the air between us yes, but the real issue of rejection, is for me to carry around and wait for the light to change on it. Lean into and expand within it. The universe (me) has provided a means for me to reach the embedded issue that I keep bumping up against, and that needs to be felt, expressed, leaned into and allowed breath so that I can expand within it and make it whole again. It may be that the same situations occur but because you have done the work, it fizzles out and the person does not raise up in you, feelings of the intensity of the embedded issue, because it is no longer embedded, and is indeed being made whole again.
To make something whole, you simply pair it with its opposite because we are in a duality, where we like to have our poles of seperatness. The opposite pole of rejection is 'being embraced, being loved for who you are, it is about being included, it is about being visible and heard, it is a feeling of being part of something, a deep recognition of feeling worthy, of being an integral part of the whole'.
To make this 'whole' again, it is about recognising that the issue of 'rejection', when blended and reintegrated with it's polar opposites, becomes neutral and reforms into the ALL THAT IS of oneness, for the next person to come along and 'choose' to expand in awareness of that.
The next person then chooses to reach down into the vastness of the Oneness, and pull out a ball of the wholeness, splits it into two, forming the two polar extremes of 'rejection' and 'acceptance in love', (or whatever other choice, such as 'lack' and 'abundance',) then plans and designs a 3Dimensional expansional trip on Earth. They become the providers of the situations delivered to them so that they can live in that Illusion until the conclusion is arrived at, on Earth, that there is no polar split of anything.....it is an illusion.
This is the important bit, the stuff you learn here, the unearthing of the real 'reality' whilst deep within the illusion, that makes the difference in terms of expansion of the self, and therefore the collective consciousness on Earth.
So, be reminded that there is none of this duality and polarity when we leave the illusion and turn our attention and awareness to being part of the oneness of the ALL THAT IS. But while we are expanding aspects of ourselves 'down' here (in terms of density of form) on Earth, it is the very polarity and duality that allows us the venue to experience and expand within ourselves as aspects of the ALL THAT IS.
So again, contrary to what people think, it is the very duality and the degrees and ranges of opposites found here, that provide the CONTRAST to ALL THAT IS, which of course then allows us growth from experiencing them.
Easier said than done, but we planned what we would like to take a 3Dimensional sojourn through, through which we participate in expansion, both individually and for the collective consciousness.
It goes without saying that distortion within the wider collective Illusion, throws in extra curves of energy to provide bigger backdrop scenarios, which you interact with according to your original design or plan. Other big players have intruded and ramped up the separatedness scene on Earth. Which makes this business even more tricky. Our countless scenes, being played out by us, as we currently incarnate on Earth, have to contend with their illusionary intrusion as well.
But it seems we knew that too.
As Teal Swan says, "its all about you".
