This is the fifth of the series of unity consciousness, historical but with metaphysical perspectives. It partly summarizes a little of unknown history as discussed by Damis, Philostratus, Hierocles, Eusebios…. of the Great Alexandria Library, Egypt, 6000 BC and Nineveh Library, Mosul Iraq destroyed and restored 2260 BC of the Sumer Ishtar God and the various dominion dogmas utilized by Archons to manipulate humans. They are bombed again by US Archons for elimination and eradication of records for us to remain in the dark and in amnesia as far as they can manage.

FOREMOST RELIGIOUS DOGMA

Fear ‘God’, confess your sins, be saved by men in colorful robes who pardon your sins conditioned on your acceptance that you are a sinner! Litany of prayers for 365 days repeated and rehashed that you are a sinner. Confession allows you to come clean of your dark past. Practice rites of eating flesh-bread and drinking blood-red wine a symbol of God, otherwise heaven is beyond your reach, all pagan practices given a semblance of doing it for God after 400,000 years of brainwashing. Think and realize the madness of being controlled by Archons- DG13 thru religion. In terms of the Roman designed religion, 1800 years of commercials. How can a human accumulate experience evolving on Earth if you are brainwashed daily, disallowed to learn truth!

In a more metaphysical term when you enter 3D from your abode at 5-6D, it is called shattering, a period in the life of a spirit or soul after you accepted the invitation to assist Earth raised to a higher consciousness after Her fall. Your spirit is shattered to a point of forgetting who you are. You develop amnesia to allow you to live in this very low 3D world of the planet where chaos, fear, victimization of other beings are common, otherwise you can’t. Death is the norm of living. It is virtually impossible for a pure spirit from 5-6D to co-habit with 3D humans in True Light Form. You cannot go lower to the 3D vibratory frequency of earth and live a life of duality if you do not pass shattering. Embodiment is taking up a body the 2nd to-nth time until you reach light. This is the term we are all familiar with, awakening and realization of who we really are.

Hell is fear and threat concept by the Archons’ self- proclaimed god of humans, in priestly robes or in jet planes with their pilot insignia. Remember Istar-Inanna or Enlil. They originated from step buildings taught by the Archons to control humanity done at least twice a week herding humans for a brainwashing sermon requiring participants to bring gold, silver and palm fruits, required for attendance as these things belong only to gods. It is the same as we are today, tithing. They delegated it to a ‘priest’-pastor as reproduction of humans in multitudes have overwhelmed the Archons. Humans continuously reproduce without let up unduly scraping earth of her resources and literal harvests. At the 21st century, change is never noticed, the practice is the same using- enticing you as recruit, believer, donor of your material wealth and the most significant, your labor and energy given out of free will to darkness. They have to do this as they do not have access to light of Source.

Something has changed, I don't know if its for ever, or just temporary, but it is divine. But it is weird.


Waking this morning, it was like being held in a invisible cocoon of silk bindings. I just couldn't wake up out it and allowed myself to close my eyes again and again, being held and drawn into the feeling.

The binding of the cocoon was so strong and loving, but it was NOT wrapping me tight and squeezing me into a smaller size. It was an expansive experience and I felt large as my energy mingled with it. A few hours later, awake and pondering on how this contrasts with the energy that has dominated my waking hours for the last while, I still feel expanded, and softened, as if the cocoon is part of me.

I literally cannot do much. I woke my son for school hours ago, I could only briefly get to his room, call him to waken, tell him I was going back to sleep, then returned to bed. its like being in a dream state that has rubbed the sharp edges off life. It is still like being cocooned.

I cannot even clearly call to mind, the jarring incidents of  only yesterday,
the things that dominated my thoughts and energy,
that confused and discombobulated,
those things,
those worries,
those reasons,
those plans
I cannot reach back to them, are they gone?
or is it just the worry of them?

This feels really strange. The more I try to describe it the more it buffers around me. There are no words for this.

Everything that yesterday, had its place in my to-do lists of physicality,  like my 5 day challenge leaning into more shifts and personal changes, and, some really important stuff in 3D terms........

( like docu signing our tenancy renewal for another 12 months, organising  with school for my daughter to sit her exams in a quiet room, organising transport to take my mother to her CT scan, trying to get a grip on organising paying bills, and figuring out how best to manage the many other money to-do stuff)......

.......have dropped in position from the top of the list, way down, down, down twisting and turning, and falling like feathers and space dust, back into the space that space dust was born.


Is this what happens when you release yourself from the bindings of being trapped in your own machinations of 3D.

It actually feels wonderful. Very light, and feathery, fluffy surreal.

The part of me that tries to be sensible, and get on with some kind of physical day, keeps being buffered back down. My legs can't move. I feel like a queen, who just 'is'. Sovereign.

Aches and pains as things shift.

Yesterday I had an MRI on my knee. I used to be able to walk a lot, but nearly 3 months ago my knee started hurting and even in bed, asleep, I was aware of pain, turning to get a better position would raise the pain even more.

Over this time, I stopped walking so much, and as I have been so tired, for so long, it didn't affect me but just allowed me to stop doing things.  But the sad thing is its the WALKING that I actually like to do. I was loosing the one exercise and active meditation that was something for me. I sometimes get to cycle, but with the energies being so crazy, intense waves with magical peaks and troughs,  for so long, sometimes I know it is unsafe for me to cycle, I can be that spaced out either enforced fatigue or zoned out in different dimensions....

Like I say, walking was the bit that anchored me and allowed me to process the movement of energy formats both, as they slotted in and around me, and,  as they left me.

Anyway the doc was saying, lets get you some physio, I said, great BUT what is the cause of the knee pain? So finally the doc agrees to arrange an MRI.

Undergoing the MRI was the strangest feeling, a contrast of being in a state-of-the-art, sleek in design, imaging chamber, but that it was also, comically clunky as it whizzed and whirred through the 20 minute process, sounding just like the time machine from Back to the Future.

So while I wait for the images to be analysed and pigeon holed into the various places, and it could take weeks to get them back to my doc, I shall just have to sit with it and listen to what its trying to tell me. I keep saying the same old thing, from April 2016 to April 2017, and extending to the here and now...I have been pushed and pulled, and, I have been doing the pushing and pulling. I have been physically and emotionally put through the wringer. I have been discombobulated and dislocated, in so many ways that I don't know who I am anymore.....Maybe that's what was needed to kick out those rigid beliefs.



I don't rely on pain killers so much, so I just desist and take it easy.
Sometimes I would just feel into the pain, trying to describe it and let it touch me. Its calling out saying something, its chatting to me.

I could be making my way somewhere, all be it slowly and methodically, everything fine for a while. Then the voice from my knee pops up and yells out something I can't make out. I can't hear what its saying, but can hear its voice.

A friend says that according to Hay House, pains in the knee are to do with rigid beliefs.

So, maybe it is to do with rigid beliefs,

(I have been intentionally, trying to clear  those rigid blocks, rigid blueprints and beliefs that come to my focus. See my previous post Repeating Patterns where the rigid block about being in service is revealed..."Without going into detail, I did some work on it, and I came back to an old 'thing' that translated to "my meaning in life .... is to serve."
So, ingrained is a very subservient status, whereby meaning in my life (relationships with others), is only interacted with by me,  if I am serving.. And I don't mean in a great way.
Ok, so I obviously agreed to this system at some point, <perhaps it was a reincarnation trick ????> but to keep ploughing down that path, a repeated pattern, lifetime after lifetime, has now become dull and eats into my systems.  Unwanted Repeating patterns.")

....It seems this stuff is very hard to shift,  and from what they say about energy and life force and dysfunction in the body ( fear and dysfunction in the kidneys,  see below), these rigid beliefs and/or fears of breaking from them,  is  actually eating into, and depleting my energy reserves.

The knee pain ties in with the time that I set my intention to find self love..... just saying.
It will probably all make sense soon.

Compassionate Dragon   states:  Knees represent Pride. In spiritual practice it is suggested that one must go down before one can rise up, as Jesus did before John the Baptist, before taking up his own ministry. Pride or Ego keeps us from surrendering to the Will of God or the Universe. In practice, every time we move forward in Life or approach change, we approach the unknown. We may feel vulnerable or unsure. We may stand still, stiff kneed resisting the winds of change. It is interesting to note that stiff, sore knees are a symptom of Kidney deficiency, whose emotion is Fear. Rather than admit our fear, we resist it until it overwhelms us. KNEES

‘BOWING TO THE GREATER GOOD.’ Life often puts us in situations where, in order to serve what we see as the Greater Good (such as the needs of the family, company or society) we must ‘bend the knee’ and BUCKLE-DOWN to our ‘duty.’ Such situations can trigger a sympathetic response in the form of pain, nerve abnormalities or other problems with the Knees. The holistic recommendation is to EXPRESS YOUR FEELINGS FULLY while going on with whatever you feel you MUST do for the Greater Good. This can give you the inner feeling of properly honoring your own best interests as well as those that are ‘greater’ than personal in importance. Long-term knee-stress would indicate a need for greater emphasis on the Self, and less on ‘duties’ that are obviously stress-producing for you.

PHYSICAL BLOCK

The knee is the articulation point of the leg, responsible for mobility and flexibility. It carries the full weight of the body when standing, walking, running and bending; it plays a primary role in standing from a sitting position, going up and down stairs or simply lifting. The following reference pertains to any problems inhibiting the natural movement of the knee and to pain in the knee joint.

EMOTIONAL BLOCK

Knee pain, stiffness or inflexibility reflects inflexibility in your perception of the future. It occurs more often in those with an arrogant or stubborn personality, who are unable to bend to new ideas or to the ideas of others. An inflexible attitude keeps you from finding easier ways to face your future and guarantees dis-ease in going forward physically and psychologically. Refer to OSTEOARTHRITIS or RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS as appropriate.

MENTAL BLOCK

Your body is providing a painful reminder that you are not as flexible as you want to believe. Remember that your body will warn you of things you are not conscious of. You don't have to fear losing control by bending to the will of others or accepting new ideas. Allow yourself the flexibility to see things from another perspective. You have misinterpreted bending to mean "on your knees in submission." You may have some latent fear of being too flexible related to one of your parents. Address this and realize that you are distinctly different from either of them and, although the apple may not fall far from the tree, your life is your own. It doesn't hurt, however, to be a little flexible and accept some help once in awhile from those who care.

Whilst I can relate to most of the above, and all of these things are interesting and helpful, I really like this about Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM. 

I had already had some acupuncture and herbal massage on my knee, and it did do something for my knee. But I hadn't known that it is linked with the kidney. So maybe I just need more internal warmth  to keep my flame going. See Below.

How to Read the Body’s Signals

Whatever condition exists at the visible level of the body means something deeper is happening within. This “something” is an imbalance in how the organ systems are designed to cooperate, since all the organs are in constant communication.

Most messages zip around faster than the speed of light! They are also intimately connected with beliefs, thoughts and emotions. Nothing is separate. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the root cause of conditions exists at the invisible, energetic level first, then migrates to the physical. If there is a disconnect between organs, the body has the wisdom to send us a warning signal.

How do we decode the signals? Grand Master Nan Lu offers the following insights. In TCM’s Five Element framework, the Liver and Gallbladder work as partners. One of their jobs is to protect nail health. If the nails have ridges, are thin, brittle and break frequently, the Liver is seeking out help performing its functions. If the nails’ half moons are small or non-existent, Qi or vital energy is low. It’s like a warning sign that the body is running out of gas.

Migraines, particularly on the left side, are a sign the Gallbladder meridian has energy stagnation. The Liver also takes responsibility for eye function. The eyes are the Liver’s opening to the external world. Vision problems, blurry, red or dry eyes indicate Liver dysfunction. The Liver also handles smooth blood flow, making this organ extremely important to women. Virtually all menstrual problems can be traced to sluggish Liver performance.

The Spleen and Stomach are another organ pair that sends messages to the body. The tongue is a good indicator of Stomach imbalance. A white coating on the tongue indicates excess cold—viewed by TCM as a disease-causing agent. Excess heat—displayed by a greasy, yellow tongue—can be damaging as well.

Belching, bloating, and burping are all signs of a Stomach-Spleen imbalance. Provide this organ pair with some TLC by avoiding foods and beverages with a cold essence, like salads and iced drinks. Those with a warm essence, including herbs such as ginger and cinnamon, support the Stomach-Spleen. A skilled acupuncturist can also help re-balance Stomach and Spleen function, allowing the body to do the rest of the healing work.

The Kidney and Bladder also work harmoniously as a team. What kicks these hardworking organs out of balance? Often, it’s emotions—like deep-rooted fear—or overuse of the Kidney’s inborn Qi. The Kidney uses the ear—often through a challenging condition called tinnitus, or ringing in the ear—to send a signal to the body.

TCM associates the Kidney with the knee, lower back and heel—places where people commonly experience pain. These painful joints, muscles, and tendons are signs of a deeper imbalance in the body. One unmistakable sign of Kidney dysfunction is cold hands and feet. The body is begging for more internal warmth to keep its flame going. How do we respond to these signals and start to rebuild our low energy reserves? Rest is a main ingredient, as is warmth. Drink a simple hot tea made with real ginger root, honey and lemon juice, and warm the Kidney with a heating pad. Would-be parents need to know infertility and low sperm count are associated with poor Kidney function.

Each of these organ pairs has to cooperate with the body’s other two pairs, Heart-Small intestine, and Lung-Large intestine. Western medicine devices are designed to test the body’s physical “hardware,” so even if the physical organs test perfectly, there could be an imbalance that disrupts the communication between the organ systems. TCM, on the other hand, evaluates the body’s “software,” or energetic system. There are many natural tools and techniques a TCM practitioner can use to help the body return to balance. Taken together, the three organ systems discussed comprise the vital triangle for healthy metabolism function.

We have all heard about the tunnel of light that our soul follows upon leaving the physical body, but what is the true meaning of the life review?  Why does a life review almost always involve having us continuously looping back into this 3rd dimensional reality and what can we do to stop these cycles of reincarnation?

Commonalities Within The Near Death Experience

Just about every person who has a near death experience will say that they didn’t want to come back to Earth and that the other side of the veil felt like “home”.  So, if everyone feels this content on the other side of the veil, then why do we keep coming back to this hellhole?

As evidenced by thousands of near death experiences, there is a common theme that people experience upon leaving the physical body:

• The initial “death”
• The tunnel and the white light
• The other side of the tunnel
• Meeting “beings” including angels, guides, friends and family
• Your life review
• Getting sent back to earth
• Lessons learned from the other side

The tunnel of light is so appealing because it gives us the opportunity to meet with loved ones have predeceased us.  The feeling of love is described as being magnified much more than anything we can humanly experience in this 3rd dimensional reality. In reality, the tunnel of light is a soul harvester that keeps recycling your soul along with the energy of your physical body upon reincarnation.

The Life Review

Part of this process involves a life review, where you see your life in a panoramic, 360 degree view of everything you did in this most recent incarnation.  Then, you see your life from the perspective of everyone you met within your previous incarnation. You may see how you hurt someone’s feeling when seeing your life from their perspective or you might see how much happiness you brought someone else after doing a kind deed for them without expecting anything in return.

Many times, you will be with a Source-like being who appears to be all-loving and will laugh with you at your life review, yet the same being will send you back into this 3rd dimensional reality after a life-review, despite how happy the person is to be on the other side of the veil.

Spirit Guides

We are all assigned spirit guides but who are they and ultimately, what is their main purpose?  Is it possible that they are merely representatives for those who have kept us looped within these perpetual cycles of incarnations?

According to the Wes Penre Papers:

I am not very keen on many of the ‘spirit guides’ who come and get you after you have departed from your body at body death; most of them are Sirian Helpers, such as non-physical Vegans and Grays. Be particularly on your guard if they tell you to follow them ‘into the light’ or ‘to the tunnel’, or go see relatives. If you choose to go with them, you will end up in the Sirian recycling system again with full amnesia, and then being shot down into a new body here on Earth.

I once had a dream where I was about to incarnate into this 3rd dimensional reality. I was placed in an elevator-like room, which represented the descending process to earth.  I remember being in this place many times beforehand but could not remember what I was supposed to do next.  I was on the top floor (the 14th floor which meant the 14th dimension?).  My memory was so badly erased that I couldn’t remember how to descend to Earth.  This is a test we receive on the other side to see if any memories were remembered and if so, then you would have to go back and have them cleared again.

There were other tests to see what I remembered but I can’t recall what they were.

These were the last fragmented memories of the other side before I was born.

It’s possible that there is an elevator-like area designed to erase all of your memories from previous lives and the other side of the veil.

Granted, there are some guides who volunteered to come here to truly guide you out of this cycle of reincarnation and chances are, if you’re reading this right now, your spirit guide is one of them.

Schumann Resonance

You may be thinking, “How is it possible for a Gray to show love by being a spirit guide?”  Please keep in mind that they are using technologies beyond our comprehension in order to wipe out our previous life’s memories.  The Schumann Resonance on Earth has been at 7.83hz for what many people believe to be thousands of years.  Recently, the resonance has been rising as high as 8.15 cycles per second.

What if the tunnel of light was capable of creating a resonance of 1,000, 10,000 or even 1,000,000 cycles per second? What if the Grays were impervious to the Schumann Resonance or were programmed to appear as spirit guides, upon death of the physical vessel, to convince us to enter the tunnel of light?  At this point in time, you would feel immense love and would innately trust them, based on an artificial program designed to keep you trapped into the recycling system of reincarnation. Ultimately, it’s not love that one would feel; it’s just another artificial system of control to keep us locked in to this current system of negative energy.

Past Life Regression and Soul Groups

Through past life regressions, we know that all of our past lives are either stored within our cellular DNA and/or within our soul, yet we are unable to immediately retrieve these memories.  When under hypnosis, you can remember the most minute details of a past life but once you come out of hypnosis, you have a hard time remembering what you had for dinner yesterday or who the last person was to call you.  Does anyone else find this particularly odd?  How is it possible to remember, in detail while under hypnosis, our past lives and why do we keep incarnating with the same cast of characters?

How To Exit The Reincarnation System

Just by having this knowledge upon death, you can to opt out of the reincarnation process without being persuaded to come back for having to repay negative karmic debts.  Many of those who have predeceased us have already bought into the system but if they have not yet reincarnated or have made a soul contract, then they may also be saved from having to do this, yet again.  It’s a truly a brilliant strategy by the archons to use the energy of love against us in order to keep us coming back as economic slaves to a system that feeds off of our energies.

Remember, “As above, so below”.  Just about everything we have been taught is a lie, including why we need to constantly incarnate into a system of economic subservience.

Upon death, we take what we have learned, including our personality. We also vibrate at a certain level, so as you increase your vibration now you will take all of your hard work with you. Remember to connect with your oversoul before entering the tunnel of light or ask your guide to help you to connect to your oversoul.  If you wish, you could tell people about the tunnel of light before they enter it.

If you enter the tunnel of light, do not allow any council to convince you that you need to repay any karmic debt.  Any perceived karmic debt was part of what you decided to experience. This doesn’t mean that you should have no guilt for intentionally harming someone because ultimately, we should love everyone and respect everything.

If you do decide to come back to help this planet, do not agree to come back to this 3rd dimensional reality of systemic control through a “soul contract”.  Come back on your own terms, which includes the remembrances of all previous lives and everything you have learned throughout your incarnations as well as on the other side of the veil.

You could come back into a fifth dimensional version of Earth, but only choose this if you are certain that it is a version that is not under the control of the archonic system. You could also choose to come back as a non physical guide to the old 3^rd dimensional system to help others, just as our guides have done.

Ultimately, your true peace will be found once you realize that YOU are SOURCE/CREATOR and you have the ability to create worlds and galaxies that are harmoniously filled with love outside of this system of control.

I stumbled upon this video today that shows how the truth is sometimes hidden in plain sight on Star Trek Voyager, Coda episode.  Please find the time to watch it.

The following is an excerpt of the description of this video:

The ghost of Janeway’s “father” reappears, trying to convince her that it is over and that there is nothing left there for her anymore. But Janeway is not ready to accept it. Her “father” tries to convince her that all her attempts to deny the reality of her situation will only hurt her more for as time wears on, she will realize how potent and destructive loneliness is; seeing the people she loves move on with their lives without her in it, being forever shut out of their existence. But Janeway is still not convinced, insisting that she is just not ready, that she’d rather be there in spirit than not at all because “a captain doesn’t abandon ship.”

As the ghost of her “father” keeps pushing her into making the decision to finally leave this world behind, she suddenly sees a vision of looking up at Chakotay and The Doctor, still on the surface of the planet, as if they are still trying to revive her. A second and third vision makes it obvious her experiences in the “afterlife” are not reality. She realizes that the person lying on the ground on that planet is the real Janeway and that all the things she has been experiencing since her alleged death is a hallucination.

The alien being finally reveals his true identity. He states that his species, at the moment of death, comes to help the dying understand what is happening in order to make the crossing-over an occasion of joy. He states that he was being truthful when he said that it was a place of wonder, for it can be whatever she wants it to be. Disguising as her father or generally as someone’s loved ones makes the crossing over a much less fearful occasion.

Janeway doubts that the alien’s real reasons for wanting her in his world have anything to do with everlasting joy and demands to know what he really wants from her.

The alien grabs her, telling her that she must go with him but Janeway realizes that if he could force her to go, he would have done so already. She finally understands that he needs her to voluntarily agree to go with him; something she refuses to do. The alien being becomes visibly upset, returning to his own realm but as a last warning states that there will be another time and that he will be waiting, for eventually she would come into his Matrix and nourish him for a long, long time.

Declaration of Full Sovereignty of My I Am Presence in This Embodiment

I call on my higher self to merge with me, guide me, and assist me in declaring, embodying, and enacting 100 percent sovereignty of my being in this and every now moment, in alignment with my I Am Presence and in accordance with my chosen purpose, goals, and intentions for this lifetime.

I call upon the elemental, angelic, ascended, cosmic, and ancestral realms to witness my declaration, to assist in upholding the integrity of its intention, and to co-create with me in manifesting my highest potentials personally, in unity with the one, and in service to the Earth as we graduate to the next level of our evolution.

In declaring my full sovereignty and with the guidance of my higher self and I am presence, I assert autonomy over my physical and nonphysical embodiment, my energetic vibration, and all resulting emanations. I disallow any interference to distort or delay the fulfillment of my purpose in this lifetime—whether that interference be well-meaning, misguided, self-interested, or malevolent. This includes any and all overt and covert intentions, attempts, and actions to limit, separate, distract, manipulate, disempower, traumatize, dominate, control, or harvest any aspect or increment of my energy and consciousness.

I reject and eject any such interference, demanding that it cease and desist immediately and retroactively, including any trickery designed to countermand, usurp, or sidestep the intention of this declaration.
In making this declaration, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my being and actions. I continue to fervently request overt guidance and assistance from my higher self and I am presence, which I in no way consider to be interference. I commit to both hearing and enacting that guidance, and in turn to listening to and guiding the elemental consciousness that contributes to my personal collective consciousness this lifetime.

To the extent that I may be unable or unwilling to hear and enact the guidance of my higher self or I am presence, I request that the guidance continue to be given in various ways such that I can understand and act on it and until I am able to understand and act on it.

In full sovereignty, I also request and accept additional energetic assistance of my guides; my soul, star, human, and ancestral families; the elemental, angelic, ascended, and cosmic realms, and any other sources, provided that it accords with this declaration and is in my highest good; the highest good of Earth; and in accordance with my purpose, goals, and intentions for this lifetime.

I choose to heal all fear, trauma, and limitation standing in the way of my fulfilling my highest potential and purpose in this lifetime. I ask that my higher self and I am presence, in co-creation with the elemental, angelic, ascended, cosmic, and ancestral realms, assist me in healing, transmuting, and transcending all fear, limitation, separation, and amnesia preventing me from embodying my full, integrated sacred masculine and sacred feminine power, love, and wisdom. I ask that my higher self and I am presence direct my healing such that I embody and offer the optimal vibration in any circumstance; that I manifest optimal health and wholeness in and through my physical, emotional, mental, and etheric bodies; that I fluidly evolve according to my path and purpose; that I awaken to and regain all the memories and gifts held in my causal body; that I function with energy, clarity, balance, effectiveness, and efficiency in the changing energetics of Earth; that I integrate the healing, its lessons, and its energy in the most beneficial way possible; and that all this unfolds at the most conducive yet expeditious pace possible.

I intend that in healing myself in this now moment, I heal other aspects of myself across time and space, as well as splintered aspects of other consciousness trapped in time who, through the domino effect, will attain the freedom to return to where they belong, to heal, and to contribute to the unity we seek to cocreate in order to graduate from this plane and take our next evolutionary steps.

I offer healing, compassion, and forgiveness wherever it is needed or wanted to free all aspects of consciousness, including my own, to allow all to return to its natural order in wholeness and unity.
