I saw a photo of me at a wedding recently.
I was like Wow, how old AM I? I looked SOOOO old.
I could not recognise myself.
The photo above was taken at a different wedding, not so many years before, in 2016.
The intensity of each year thereafter has been ferocious, up to the point where I have aged and do not even even recognise myself in a photo.
As David Bowie said in his song, Time:
Oh well, I look at my watch, it says nine twenty- five
And I think "oh God, I'm still alive"
Time is moving so strangely,
it is moving both ....
so fast I can't actually SEE what is happening, .......
and so slowly, I can see time lapse photography in action.
Oh, well, I look at my watch, it says nine twenty-fiveAnd I think "oh God, I'm still alive"
So this is me in 2016, just before the fast track aging syndrome.
Salute!. Michaela. Salute or Cin Cin.
Italy

Just as French people, the Italians say “cheers” in two ways, “Salute” in an informal situation or “Cin cin” in a more formal context. Some great Italian drinking toasts or cheers besides salute are “cento di questi giorni” or “cent’ anni”. “Cento di questi giorni” means “May you have a hundred of these days”, and “cent’ anni” means “a hundred years”
