The reason I am reposting this, is because we all have extreme moments of Yang, doing. But maybe its not Quality Yang. Rushing around, head dragging the body around, doing stuff that is more programming than anything else. We could do with getting to grips with quality balance in both our physical, emotional and mental lives. It starts with a good nights sleep and quality Yin time. Nourished and rested, we turn outwards to what the day brings so that we can be in a state of Quality Yang.
Here is a post with some ideas to create a Yin sleep space. Michaela.
Did you sleep well last night?
"Deep rest and good sleep are the foundation for a good life."
Anthony Ashworth, a holistic interior expert, believes it is worth putting in the effort to create a bedroom that supports sleep as it promotes mental and physical wellbeing, efficiency, productivity and even social engagement.

Discover how to harness the power of Chinese feng shui and Indian vastu shastraa perspectives and craft a bedroom that works for you and your wellbeing. Your bedroom should be nurturing and yin — the feminine principle of the universe. “The quality of yin is lack of movement,” Ashworth explains. “It’s quiet, it’s soft, it’s round, it’s darker, whereas yang is masculine, colourful, expansive and louder. Yin is the inward quality that sends you into yourself, so it’s ideal for good sleep.”
Mahatma Gandhi once said, “When I wake up, I am reborn.” Don't you want to feel this way each and every morning? We know we do!
Sleep well friends,
