Fear. Don't let it dispossess us. Transform it.

I feel like I need to say something, but without contributing to the energy of exasperation it is hard to find the words. There is a full blown onslaught happening that we are in the midst of, and that we can become detached from it and be the observers, rather than be the batteries that continue to fuel it. How to do this, see and acknowledge whats happening, without adding our own energy fuel to it. Which is the intention btw, of sucking the life out of us, this is a by-product of the chemistry involved in the mechanisms that have for many generations given us more muck to shift, more fear to swallow and perpetuate, and mud sticks. To us.

Be the observer and transform the reality you see into the reality you wish. It is what we already do,

its just that we do this unconsciously and we perpetuate unconsciously the fear.  Fear is the emotion that we are most adapted to, and have been primed for... so we are experts in it.

By us pouring energy into the fear, we dispossess ourselves of ourselves. In transforming the emotion of fear, we can stretch it out and open it up. Like pizza dough. Let light fall on it, and rearrange in our minds and hearts what fear is. Transform it and create something beautiful with it. Find the therapeutics and be inventive...only you know what is unique to you....call upon the magical and imaginative. Turn the essence of Fear, or any emotion which is disabling you, or tunnelling you under, into a transformational opposite/blessing/understanding  or as a nudge to look inwards to find your strengths. Like Dorothy.

By seeing and overlaying with heartfelt compassion for the highest good of all, we honour ourselves that we are in this situation and project that ONLY GOOD will come from its having been presented.
