The Vision Board. And Visiting Cyprus. I Loved Cyprus on a visit two years ago. And..... Further to previous post: "transmute the energy, create something new in its place" ..... Deciding that everything so far has done its job, whether seeds planted, or cycles have or are ending, then, the next and only true thing to do is Creating a space around you that is of the 'energy value' you subscribe to. Then its No longer putting heads and hearts where they are depleted in exhaustion, and where energy is confiscated by the sheer effort of putting up defence, again and again. Once the shadow is seen in its annotated diagrams, and no longer feared, the fear-monster within is no longer projected into the external, to be engaged with consciously, It becomes integrated as part of you, adding to your energy with form and strength, a very important space has been reached, shadow and all, without shadow, we are but light and have no actual form, to become a formed crafted individual, we need the observable bumps and jagged edges that have accumulated to make our face and energy, IF ONLY LIGHT we could'nt be seen. Once this is seen, you watch while others still grapple with theirs, the monsters they are frightened of, and keep hidden in their nightmares.. So once the table is cleared, we can begin with the working the antidote, of the vision board. Placing onto a new mind map, the silver and golds and colour threads that you now wish to weave into your experience. . and that is the fun part. The colours of blue sky, and alfresco-life in and around pretty coastlines, or coves, mountain villages and with people that share your vibes. Below is a vision board i did a few years ago, but still the most recent, and was one of the healing art therapies I was doing at the time. A vision board shows where all along, you held a flame, like the Olympic torch , through battles and wars and then when you see what of the vision remains a constant inner flame, an exit door emerges with the light on...THIS WAY!! .... But battles and wars with inner monsters have to be concluded first, which are the only obstacles that keep you on the wrong side of the exit door....Waiting for the 'Green light' to allow, not so much an exit, but an emergence to where the vision located you in space, all that long time ago. Now, I could say "lets form a vision board club."... A dream board club...Lets put into it, travel, and travel buddies, lets put in 'delight' of venturing to new lands and languages, scenes and snow, nature and companionship, community spaces of shade and light, reciprocity and colour. Expression like this is the fertile creativity of Now, from which springs the new horizons. Once we pull our gaze away from what was before, and turn our gaze to actually, where we want our Now space and future space to be. Combining 'now' with the starting blocks of the 'new'. XXXXX Lets action a vote on it, a meet up forum or an online 'travel buddy' space , where the maps not written yet, are in our hands to write. I will leave the comments section open and see if anyone, or two are interested ( inspireheart8@gmail.com) and i can create from the Now-fertility of an 'old blog space' into a new-'NOW' group, a writers club, a travel club, an art-ing club, a sharing energy club, a 'hi- nice to meet you finally' club. An On- line space.... Or a meet up and shake hands place....wherever the travels take us..... a Dream board club...Lets vote on it. Sharing and offering resource and friendship, support and applause for each-other, combining skills and crafts that we can take into the NEW.
