Finding ways to get out of a stress cycle: Remember that We are beings of frequency in a universe made of energy, therefore it serves us to look out for our own energy systems that get blocked by many things including stress. As well as meditating on the body and learning to listen to the body, Yoga, kundalini yoga, breathing techniques and all body work such as accupuncture, energy healing, tai chi etc and dance (including a therapy of ecstatic dance) and there are many biofield body work treatments which all help to unblock, Find what suits you. SHEN: "As disruption to the biofield also affects body tissue it can also help physical illnesses that have a emotional element. Relieving daily stresses, tension and fatigue is another positive bi-product of SHEN."

SHEN has proven very effective with a wide range of symptoms including: anger, anxiety, blocked sexual feelings, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, depression, eating disorders, existential angst, emotional/physical abuse, grief, relationship difficulties, Irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual distress, migraine, recurrent nightmares and panic attacks.
As the legacy of long held emotional pain in the body clears, clients report that positive qualities shine through more brightly. You can feel more empowered. New insights come, self-esteem and confidence improves and creative energies are freed up. With less fear and inhibition, people also report feeling more compassionate both towards themselves and to others.
SHEN was developed by the American scientist and researcher Richard R Pavek. Over a 12 year period from the late seventies, Richard worked out the physics of the Biofield (see below).
From his observations in the clinic and in life, Richard developed the principles of emotional dynamics and emotional release that form the basis of SHEN practice.
Historically, methods similar to SHEN were used long ago, both in the Greek Healing Caves of Aesculapius and in the Egyptian Per Ankhs, or houses of life.

The Biofield

SHEN restores the natural, healthy flow of the body’s biofield. Biofield is the widely used term to describe the subtle flows of electromagnetic energy that run through and around the body. These flows of energy run in a particular pattern. The main function of SHEN is on inner emotional healing. As disruption to the biofield also affects body tissue it can also help physical illnesses that have a emotional element. Relieving daily stresses, tension and fatigue is another positive bi-product of SHEN.
There is a growing body of scientific research that shows the human body is pervaded by a subtle energy field which extends beyond it. This field is an electromagnetic field – atoms and molecules are surrounded by such fields. These fields combine into a large biofield, just as individual fields around atoms and molecules of iron combine to form the larger magnetic field of a magnet.
The idea that there are subtle energy flows in the body is not new. Many eastern therapies with this perspective, like acupuncture, can be traced back thousands of years. SHEN therapy is among the first of such therapies to have a background in modern scientific research and reasoning. The energy in the biofield is known in other therapies as Qi, prana, life force or subtle energy. For SHEN to be effective it is not necessary to understand or even believe in the biofield.

How SHEN works

The biofield circulates in specific patterns around the human body.  In a healthy and happy person, the energy flows relatively freely. In an ill or upset person, the energy in certain parts of the body will appear to move slowly or sometimes not at all. This slowing or blocking of energy flow eventually impacts the physical body. The electromagnetic field around the body is its life force, and the physical and emotional health of the body deteriorates when this field is not moving freely.
SHEN aims to ensure that slowness or blockages in the biofield are freed. This is done by the therapist placing their hands in precise areas of the body which coincide with the direction of the flows in the human biofield. By aiding the healthy flow of the biofield in this way, stagnancy and blockages are released.
There is a strong link between emotional upset or trauma and blocks in the biofield. Often when blocks are released during SHEN, this releasing is accompanied by memories of events which are linked to these emotions. Often these are events which caused emotional trauma in the past and the effects of these events have continued to stay with the person. For example, a person can carry a lot of fear, anger or feelings of insecurity from earlier experience in life. Once the block is cleared, people report that they no longer carry the effects of the trauma with them.

Link between Tension and blockages

Richard Pavek discovered that painful emotion – such as fear, grief, or hopelessness – trigger the Auto Contractile Pain Reflex (ACPR), an instinctive spasm intended to stop tissue damage from broken bones These emotion-contractions grip and upset the heart, stomach and/or other nearby organs. Since the brain has no control over spasmodic contractions, they continue to upset the body for as long as the emotional pain continues – often for many years.
The contractions caused by ACPR squeeze the tissue of the organs, restricting the flow of blood and other cellular nutrients and prevent the removal of waste metabolites; this prevents the organs from functioning normally. The contractions will continue squeezing as long as the painful emotion remains inside. When the painful emotion leaves, the contractions will end, and the organs will regain normal functioning.
In SHEN, we selectively apply polarized ‘qi-energy’ between our hands in specific patterns that ease the involuntary contractions which trap the emotions. SHEN procedures counteract ACPR, relax the body tension around emotional pain, and allow the emotion to surface.

Strongest Solar Flare in Years Coincides with Riots, Reminding Us that Solar Activity and Unrest are Historically Linked

by ForeverUnlimited
With so many dramatic and consuming events taking place in our world, it’s easy to forget that as human beings we are deeply affected by all of the cosmic events taking place in the universe around us. We are beings of frequency in a universe made of energy.
Major civil unrest, protesting and rioting began to foment in the United States on the 28th of May, and on the night of the 29th, the unrest spread to over 30 American cities, marking the most significant incident of unrest many of us have ever seen.
While these events are deeply rooted in societal tension that has been building for decades, the timing of recent flare ups of unrest happens to coincide with a new wave of solar activity including the strongest solar flare we’ve seen in three years.
“Solar flares are intense blooms of radiation that come from the release of the magnetic energy associated with sunspots. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) ranks solar flares using five categories from weakest to stongest: A, B, C, M, and X. Each category is 10 times stronger than the one before it. Within each category, a flare is ranked from 1 to 9, according to strength, although X-class flares can go higher than 9. According to NASA, the most powerful solar flare recorded was an X28 (in 2003).” [Source]
Spaceweather reported on May 29th:
THE SUN IS FLARING AGAIN: Today, the sun produced its strongest solar flare in nearly 3 years. The M-class explosion came from a new-cycle sunspot hidden just behind the sun’s northeastern limb. This weekend, the blast site will turn to face Earth, so future flares, if they continue, could become geoeffective. Visit Spaceweather.com for updates.
Following up today, May 30th, Spaceweather reports:
SOLAR MINIMUM, INTERRUPTED: Yesterday, in the pits of the deepest Solar Minimum of the Space Age, the sun unleashed a flurry of solar flares. One of them, an M1-class explosion, was the strongest flare in nearly 3 years. The source of the activity is now turning toward Earth as it rotates into view over the sun’s northeastern limb:
The question now: What is it? Early views of the emerging active region suggest that it is a relatively small sunspot surrounded by a vast field of magnetic froth (plage). The magnetic polarity of the region marks it as a member of new Solar Cycle 25.
Solar activity typically follows cycles of around 11 years, and cycle 24 ended last year. In April of 2019, scientists predicted that the next 11 year cycle, Cycle 25, would begin sometime between mid 2019 and early 2020.
“Lisa Upton, a solar physicist with Space Systems Research Corporation and co-chair of the panel issuing predictions, said Cycle 25 should begin between mid-2019 and late 2020 and that it should reach its maximum between 2023 and 2026, when between 95 and 130 sunspots are projected. Average is between 140 and 220 sunspots.” [Source]
As Minneapolis burns and the violence spreads, it appears that Cycle 25 may be kicking off, and given current events, we could be in for a wild ride, as many have recognized a historical link between increased solar activity and major disruptive and revolutionary events for human societies.
The last major solar flares occurred in 2017: an M-class on October 20th, and an X-class flare, which is the largest, on September 1oth, 2017.
In August of 2017, the Unite the Right rally took place in Charlottesville, VA, where, Heather Heyer, was killed and almost 2 dozen other protestors were injured. Later, on September 15th, large protests erupted in St.Louis when police officer when police Jason Stockley was acquitted of murder in the shooting death of Anthony Lamar Smith in 2011.
The year 2003 saw eight of the fifty most powerful solar flares recorded since 1986. This was the same year the Iraq war began, the 6-day Benton Harbor riot in Michigan occurred, and the Miami FTAA protests happened.
Another eight of the fifty most powerful flares since 1986 occurred in 2001, a year that will live in infamy for the events of 9/11, with a large X-class flare and several M-class flares occurring within a week of the destruction of the Twin Towers.
A massive X-class flare was recorded in February of 1992, just prior to the devastating Los Angeles riots.
According to Adam Michalec, there is a long-standing connection between human activity and solar events, especially unrest and violent revolution.
“Dates of historical events are compared with moments of solar maxima, beginning from the year 1750. It turns out that violent occurrences in Europe (like revolutions) are correlated with the periods of enhanced solar activity.” [Source]
In a document entitled Solar Activity and Human History, Michalec offers the following graph correlating human events and increased solar activity.
While the connection to human behavior and major societal events is yet to be fully understood, interesting research has been done Soviet era scientist A.L. Tchijevsky, in which he hypothesized that increased solar activity has an ‘exciting effect‘ on human beings, affecting our nervous system.
The most famous research was been done by professor A.L. Tchijevsky, a Russian scientist, who presented a paper to the American Meteorological Society at Philadelphia in the late 19th century. He prepared a study of the history of mass human movement compared to the solar cycle, beginning with the division of the Solar cycle into four parts: 1) Minimum sunspot activity; 2) increasing sunspot activity; 3) maximum sunspot activity; 4) Decreasing sunspot activity. He then divided up the agitation of mass human movements into five phases:
1) provoking influence of leaders upon masses
2) the “exciting” effect of emphasized ideas upon the masses
3) the velocity of incitability due to the presence of a single psychic center
4) the extensive areas covered by mass movements
5) Integration and individualization of the masses
By these comparisons he constructed an “Index of Mass Human Excitability” covering each year from 500 B.C. to 1922 A.D. He investigated the histories of 72 countries in that period, noting signs of human unrest such as wars, revolutions, riots, expeditions and migrations, plus the number of humans involved. Tchijevsky found that fully 80% of the most significant events occurred during the years of maximum sunspot activity. He maintained that the “exciting” period may be explained by an acute change in the nervous and psychic character of humanity, which takes place at sunspot maxima.” [Source]

Final Thoughts

As we all watch and wait to see just how much crazier 2020 can get, it’s easy to lose perspective on the big picture.
In reality, we are all made of stardust, we’re here for a cosmic blink of an eye, and when we die our bodies return to being stardust and our souls move on to something bigger than any of us can possibly grasp.
The events in front of us right now may seem like a huge deal, but there is so much more happening beyond our perception.
“The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood, the carbon in our apple pies were made in the interiors of collapsing stars. We are made of star stuff.” ~Carl Sagan

Getting with what works for you. Integrate, forgive, compassion to free up from the stuckness vibration. Jump into the vastness of the void, that contains All There Is.

358 Best Cosmic Consciousness images in 2020 | Cosmic ...

So much cosmic and solar activity coming in now to light up up the way.
It has the heart chakra filling up, but there is a need now, not to react but to respond.
Responsibility is the ability to respond, with awareness.
Sometimes we 'feel' the 'incoming energy as different, and we panic as the filters through which we feel, triggers the ego back into defence mode, when we let the ego run the show from its tiny frame of reference, the smallness is like the guardian of the gates, in which we 'cannot' accept anything that is either different from our beliefs, or we feel any new 'sensation' through the small list of available sensations such as pain, hot, cold, soft, hard, we do not have access to the dormant 'inner' sensory equipment that can relate to and align with the vast array of 'incoming' solar and cosmic energies.

This is because we have separated ourselves, or blinded ourselves, from our inner cosmic nature, and do not see our connection with 'all things', we do not see that we are fractals of the All That Is, of all dimensions and so we have succumbed to focus on a single point, of a stuck polarised state on the Larger spectrum of What We Are and forget that we can and do, fluctuate along this spectrum, feeling all and everything in between, all dimensions. But what we get stuck in believing,  is from a small list of readily available instances which we use to reinforce we are held in a small resonance of stuckness, and disempowerment.

Shake it up, do things different from the routine, to show how you can move from routine thoughts and actions. Which will help open the doors to the full spectrum. Bit by bit.

To do this we go within, and enter through our very own back door 'to the cosmic, All THERE IS'  it is simply by using the door in the heart that opens into the void, or the bliss of the All that Is which contains All there is.
Michaela. Or to put it another way...
William Holman Hunt quote: The door of the human heart, can only ...
The more the Heart Centre opens, the more strongly and deeply we feel the spiritual pain – but we can rest assured that it will finally dissolve in the light of love and wisdom. Therefore we should not forget to keep the door of our heart open. Because when we keep the heart closed for fear of further injuries, we simultaneously block our feelings and prevent them from being assimilated or expressed.

In the Chandogya Upanishad it is written:
“In the centre of the body there is a little shrine surrounded by a wall with eleven doors. Hidden within the shrine a Lotus blossoms, and within this there is a tiny, little room.”
What does this tiny room in the heart of the Lotus mean? It is the Ātmā, our true Self. The Ātmā is a part of God. It is pure, unchanging, Infinite Consciousness. It is Eternal, Unborn and Immortal, and exists in every living being. Just as the whole tree is already contained and present within a seed, the essence of the entire cosmos exists in the centre of the Heart Chakra. Admittedly, we are unable to see it – even if the heart is dissected and examined under a microscope we are unable to track down this “tiny room within the Lotus of the heart”.
The Jīvātmā lives joyfully in the liberated feeling of divine love and heavenly bliss when it has found its way to its true Self in the Anāhata Chakra. Bhakti Yogis, especially, who follow the path of devotion to God, linger here for a very long time. In the infinite space of the heart they are constantly discovering something new, fascinating and attractive. But the Heart Chakra is not the final goal. That is why it is necessary to continue along the path towards knowledge of God and God-Realisation in accordance with the teachings of Gyāna Yoga.
During a journey by rail we travel through different landscapes. We enjoy the scenes of lovely villages, woods, meadows, mountains and lakes – but we let them pass us by without stopping because we want to reach our goal. And in exactly the same way we should continue our journey through the Chakras and regard the Anāhata Chakra as one station only out of many along the way, without allowing the delightful feelings, visions and fantasies that we meet here to stop us.
Anāhata means “infinite” and “continuous”. In the Anāhata Chakra we hear Anāhata Nāda, the constant, fundamental sound of the Universe, the eternal vibration of the Self. Its sound is SO HAM – “That I am, I am That”. We perceive it as a subtle rhythmic melody similar to a heartbeat, but much softer and more wonderful.
The poet, Srī Kabīrdās, was inspired by this melody within the heart to write the following verse:
“The flute of the infinite is played without ending, and its sound is love.
When love renounces all boundaries it arrives at the truth.”
To perceive the sound of the Self, unbroken contemplation connected with very fine conscious awareness is essential. We are able to experience this when we are conscious of the Mantra SO HAM day and night without interruption. With every breath, therefore at least 21,000 times in 24 hours, the sound of SO HAM resounds within us. The stream of the breath produces the sound SO with the inhalation and HAM with the exhalation. But if we lose contact for just one breath the sound of the Anāhata again disappears.
On one hand we experience delightful, happy feelings in the Anāhata Chakra, but on the other hand it is extremely easy to become unbalanced in this Chakra. If the mind and consciousness are not pure, misleading thoughts and feelings, fixed ideas and complexes that affect us physically and psychically arise in the Anāhata Chakra. Deep in the hear we come across numerous unprocessed experiences and Karmas from the past, which are resting in the subconscious.
All of us carry deep and painful wounds of disappointment within ourselves. Spiritual wounds are far more difficult to heal than physical ones. They can easily be ripped open again and drag us down into a whirlpool of emotions. In such a situation it is best to withdraw from the external world for a short while and reflect inwardly. In this way we can gather fresh strength, and with the help of Gyāna (wisdom) again find inner balance.
This is why the Āgyā Chakra should be developed hand in hand with the Anāhata Chakra so that emerging feelings can be analysed and controlled by Viveka (discrimination) and Buddhi (intellect) – not by harsh criticism or reproaches but with loving understanding and insight, which heal and resolve. In the Anāhata Chakra we are able to expand our feelings into infinity, but in the Āgyā Chakra we raise them to a higher level of consciousness.
To open the Anāhata Chakra in the spiritual sense means the realisation of all-embracing divine love, free from the capriciousness of worldly emotions.
When the life force flows within us unhindered and harmoniously, we feel light-hearted and happy. Happiness means to be in complete balance. When we are free of fear and tension the Heart Chakra opens and imparts pleasant feelings and inner strength. This strength heals the inner wounds and allows us to forget the pain and unpleasantness of the past.
But, unfortunately, this feeling of happiness is transitory. It relates only to the physical and psychic levels. We do, in fact, experience Ānanda (bliss), but still lack Sat (truth, reality) and Chit (consciousness) . In the heart we are able to perceive our inner reality and the beauty of the Self, but we are unable to maintain this state permanently. In these fleeting moments of bliss we are always conscious that we still have not reached our goal. However, we should not be disheartened as the day will certainly come when we will be permanently established in the divine Self, then we can never again be frightened or hurt.

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse- Opening The Gateway To Major Change. "It is up to us to restore the Sisterhood & Brotherhood of Humanity from WITHIN first. Things may seem very divided in the outer world- it is a reflection of Humanity's inner state, the pain & suffering inflicted on innocent Souls & a reflection of our own division within- objectified for expression/acknowledgement to evolve. It's a battle against our own Self (as One Collective Being) and where we have hurt an aspect of Humanity but we haven't figured that out as a Collective 100% just yet. We are only seeing a projection of our own integration process as a Collective- the separation within objectified in order to change, this is needed to experience & reach higher states of consciousness and begin full integration & embodiment of Oneness/Unity. We must acknowledge our patterns, our flaws, where we have lacked compassion for others, where we need to change. Self Expression is needed to heal, otherwise it manifests as dis-ease, the state of the world.. the manifestation of lung dis-ease, the masks, the division, the wrongful deaths of innocent... are symbolic of what has been suppressed (breath is Spirit/Life) we have suppressed/or continued to allow the suppression of Spirit/Life. The Rise of the Divine Feminine is the rise of the Soul, the Subconscious, what has been hidden or pushed down & aside. "
