1.A...1. Food for thought.... This is long and only for those interested in this subject...///From the previous post, we learned that vitamin D is a hormone. That it is made on the skin, from interaction with the sun. Interaction declined over the years, from 1980's s due to worry about skin cancer and burning, and to life style engineering that inclines us to stay inside, work and school that takes up the daylight hours etc...(and increasing TV and internet, home entertainments, and social media, are all SCREENing us from being OUTSIDE IN THE SUN My words actually) so, reduced normal interest in being outside, as well as working conditions, living conditions.... in that there maybe nowhere (convenient, safe, or other than a built up manufactured area,) to BE outside and spend time, or cohabit within socially, or as individuals, that are located safely within reach... that are safe comfortable areas, which gives space to greenery, lakes, trees natural forests, woodland, seaside or coastal , mountain areas...(given that, mostly, these locations have been made too difficult to access regularly as they - Are far from the built up industrialised towns and cities- and are therefore extremely expensive to live by, let alone within reach of.) We also have the working culture that puts WORK as the top priority above health, and deliver to large workforces the benefits of shift work, working nights, sleeping days, the abnormal expectation of running the body and mind into the ground, which is an abnormal running of the body's biometrics and forcing the body to rephrase its circadian cycles.... And of course we have the standard medical recommendations, (and reinforced by any, and all, so called fact checked, online information, (and spouted out by 'people' who also wish to seem knowledgeable about these things) to 'cover up' against the sun and use HIGH FACTOR sun screens. So we NOW are actioned to supplement with Vitamin D (but is not a vitamin it is a very important hormone) because we have receptors in our nervous system that are disabled to produce the proper function required by the uptake of D.....but to do so, we supplement with trial and error to FIND our own specific optimal range because the experts in this, are actually not the experts we thought they were, and as they claimed to be ...Also we learned in that taking D to find the optimum level, needing higher levels to get to optimal state, it is found that we also need to supplement with all the vitamin B's...THAT IS ALL 8 of the vitamin B's. They began with In a B100 form, which again may be too high for some, so it may be found optimal to cut it down to B50. Because increased D will affect B. So Taking a high dose D supplements will affect the efficacy of B's in the body, and so we have to increase our B intake, specifically the B's for the unique balancing of our own unique microbiome. Shit!! Or feacal matter, or bacteria. Wrong amounts or reduced B's attributed to cause IBS and any number of GIT problems.....AND """"......you can actually get to a state where you're 1:46:18 feeding only carbohydrates. But now the lens you're looking through is I was feeding my bacteria a purely 1:46:24 carbohydrate diet. I therefore selected for bacterial populations that were not 1:46:30 producing the B vitamins that I needed. It's seeing it through a slightly different lens. The same thing about 1:46:37 pelagra which is actually a niacin (Vit B) deficiency in adults and children that 1:46:42 were institutionalized in the south of the United States in the 30s and 40s and fed corn grl as their only food. So 1:46:52 there's still a piece of information there that is your diet absolutely affects who lives inside you.""" The type of Bacteria inside you determines the state of the vitamin B's produced to do their job. B's are intrinsic to the gut microbiome. formed naturally by digestion/process of the food you eat..... So back to me and my B12 deficiency, and I get injections now, (I am have been allowed to ----resume--- Or 'Trial; a gp prescribed 3 monthly B12 Injection to 'SEE' if all of my stomach issues dissipate...and actually I have found a resounding YES...But also within a month the symptoms start to return, so now I pay privately for b12 injections in between the GP prescribed injections of one every 3 months.) After having had them for years, then when I moved areas and changed the GP I attended, they found my B12 was within their acceptable range....within 'their' set of criteria for optimal levels, but was at levels that was not optimal for me, and so the symptoms of B12 deficiency were re-presenting and within 5 years, became locked -down features of my health, where in the years previously, I had been getting injections monthly, then 3 monthly, for 20 years, all symptoms had been managed or reduced....But why ? what is it about the B's, and specifically B12, that we need the absolute (personally) correct level of it in the cell, (as blood level is very different to the availability of it in the cell) to maintains the nuts and bolts of holding the body together.

"""" No, it's not in the literature except my article. Taking vitamin D supplements will not drain your your body's B 1:17:10 vitamins. Let me read my my title. Vitamin D deficiency changes the intestinal 1:17:16 microbiome, reducing B vitamin production in the gut. The resulting lack of pandaththenic acid adversely 1:17:22 affects the immune system, producing a pro-inflammatory state associated with atheroscerosis and autoimmunity. This is 1:17:28 a brand new discovery made by someone who's not a scientist, who's not working 1:17:34 in the primary lab, who is a clinician. And the impact of this is only as strong 1:17:42 as I can get this the ideas out there and talk about what happened to my 1:17:48 patients. Now, is it is it plausible that there's a sort of a intermediary link 1:17:55 um between the two? I'm reading some things here that say people are very frequently both low in vitamin D and vitamin B12 at the same time. And this 1:18:02 is because they share the same root cause like a poor gut absorption, aging, or a restrictive diet, not because one 1:18:07 vitamin is destroying the other. That's what we've been told. 1:18:13 We've also been told that old people don't need as much sleep and that old people get a bad gut as they get old. It 1:18:20 is my belief now that it is there is an absolute link between the production of 1:18:26 D and I don't have the articles for this even though this is dogma at the moment that our production of vitamin D goes 1:18:32 down as we get older. So, if you look back to that person who was 75, who didn't get sick until they were 75, 1:18:41 [snorts] their skin production, even though they're still out there with their truck farm and still raising their own food, 1:18:47 their skin production rate of vitamin D goes down. And this is probably true for every animal. And then as their D goes 1:18:54 low, they lose their microbiome. And then they die of one of the multiple diseases that are linked to this 1:19:00 multiple deficiency state. It's a different lens to look through that says 1:19:07 there is actually a system that allowed us to live without medical problems that 1:19:12 weren't either related to epidemics of childhood illness or starving to death. 1:19:19 And as long as we had good diets, you can actually look at 1945 to about 1985 and say, what was the ideal for the 1:19:26 humans that lived rurally in the United States? Did they live to be 75 years old? and then get diseases. So it's my 1:19:34 claim that those people didn't go to the doctor because there weren't any around them and then things started to happen 1:19:40 to them that instead of looking at it through the lens of this disease means 1:19:45 this drug that instead we say we should pre-preventing this by paying attention 1:19:51 to what vitamin D does in the body and what the bees do in the body and 1:19:57 ultimately that is linked to most of our diseases.""""
