Germany rejects own GMOs. GMOs Revealed

Hi Michaela, In a strange turn of events, Germany rejected its own GMOs today… Here’s what I mean: German pharmaceutical company Bayer purchased Monsanto in 2018… The pharmaceutical giant now owns the company that brought us GMOs and the toxic chemicals sprayed on our food supply. And while we’re tempted to talk about the warped, profit-off-the-sick business model that allows a company to sell one product that creates sickness—and another product that treats sickness… We won’t—because that’s not what we’re talking about. (see what we did there?) Today’s story is about the irony of a German company… selling GMOs… that are illegal in Germany. Wrap your mind around THAT for a second. However strange the truth may be… Bayer issued a statement today that roughly 11,000 hectares of GMO-infected crops were being dug up and destroyed… Why? Because GMOs are banned in Germany and France due to the potential health risks they pose! In a rare win for the good guys, Bayer will be forced to pay the farmers $23M to make up for their losses… And this is just a few months after losing a landmark case against a farmer who is dying of cancer after years of exposure to Monsanto’s Roundup… They were fined $289M in that case. Could the tides finally be turning as more and more people wake up?
