This guy explains everything about the planets and the 'NOW' astrology so well. (Lower Octave) Saturn is now at a disadvantage to Uranus in Taurus (ruled by Venus), people will want to get back to nature as the economy is destabilised.
Mars (war) is a backdrop to this, explaining the reactions between the people in charge of the guard (Saturn, in Aquarius and at a disadvantage)  and the People... who are ready for a change of guard. The People are now interested in their own Aliveness, and are finished with being being guarded and under guard.

In the second part he says Mars also represents the needles, so he could be saying that vaccinations could be an antidote to the virus and his stance is that it is beneficial.
However, a more spiritually empowering stance is that :
   it could be that the  vaccination 'antidote', IS the weapon used by mars in this instance, 
     BUT  the 'idea'  of mass vaccinations becomes NO LONGER justifiable .....
   because the beneficial outcome is one which comes from the RISE of  thoughts, prayers, intentions and the power of innovation of humanity, and the bringing in  OF light.... that comes from the RISE  in those thoughts ......which also acts to bring about 'a lessening of the virus, and so a retreat of the worldwide disturbance and chaos created through it (and underneath its banner),  as WE, En-masse, generate more love and regenerate into a new and higher way of being. This is what completely tips the scales in the favour of a new happy, healthy and WISE humanity, with a change of Guard. 
My thoughts only. 

Expect angst within family/community and social unrest around this full moon. Lets balance this with what we envision for harmony.
