Akkadian Tablets Reveal The 'Metabolism Trap': Why The Gods Forced Us To Eat | History For Sleep Ancient Signal and Midnight Archives......(abso-bloody-lutely! I questioned this years ago, as a life-long serving female, into maturity, with growing younger, and elderly dependants, etc, (spouse and then entertaining other family members...depending on me to be fed)...I was exhausted with all the life draining chores tied down to eating. ! Relentless! THINKING about it, and the action of doing... going to shops for food, shopping, buying, thinking, relentless food prep planning, cooking, EATING (personally, I never had much energy left to actually to do much eating tho.) and clearing up, washing up, putting away, and recovering from it all...then the later nuances of really looking into the food and reading about it, and checking labels, avoiding this and avoiding that...in order to do it all again in a spin cycle of repeat...repeat. I often thought to myself , "what the ' F @Ck' would we all be doing if we were NOT eating? Sitting and smelling the roses probably, but the psychobabble inflicted into the human experience had 'evolved' into injected this necessity to EAT//// I always thought it would be nice to be a breatharian. !!!!! And as a vegetarian and pescatarian, I know that you carry the energy of the food you eat...so caged birds energy.....gives you caged bird energy to live your life with... I used to say as a young vegetarian, (18 years old) that we 'evolved' all wrong, and the hunting and dominating species only ever brings more misery. I'd say that If we evolved differently as not eating other animals than we'd be living in cities of light rather than the dark stew of 'civilsations' that had become normal. Increasingly, hormonised and chemicalised food gives our bodies more of the 'hormones and chemicals'... that your body has to incorporate and deal with. Now I laugh when I see people reading the ingredients listings on food packets, what does any of it mean. As a scientist it means most of the ingredients are bulking agents and protein is only a small percentage, of a protein packaged food type. And Now i really only eat one meal a day, in the evening and maybe the additional bite of a sandwich after midday. Intermissant fasting. Michaela
