I found this, as I was deleting files from my laptop. How much do we take in from what we read?
and then years later go back and find stuff that made so much sense but perhaps we never really internalised. Anyway I like this so I am posting it. Call back the 'worry' energy to use it more productively as a kickstart momentum to get you going for the days tasks or to just get started with those plans that you make, but keep worrying about. We loose bits of our self, and whole days in worry, and we cut ourselves off from doing things because the worry blinds us from the initial excitement of the plan.

Rechannel That Worry Into Wow |
| |
|
The next time you find yourself worrying about something you’re going to do in the future, stop yourself. Imagine how different it would feel to take all that energy you’re spending on what might happen in the future and instead focus on the present. While some worry is good for us (when it produces sound decisions), fantasizing about problems is a waste of a very valuable resource—the energy you have right now.
