Releasing toxins. We really do not know How the body and mind become 'defunked' with a build up of toxins. Toxins are food and chemicals, in the air and in the water (e.g. aluminium nano particles in deodorants , Fluoride, pesticides and chemtrails). They are also from thoughts, and as we walk through life, as we walk through our buildings, cities and towns, gathering the 'dust' to us like bees collect pollen in their 'knees'. We walk through relationships, events, situations that called for responses and lay down memories upon memories and Build Up residue that calcifies, all from being a human walking this space at this time. Toxicity is not seen but it clogs the flow of new energy through us...and we have to release and let it go in what ever way we feel urged to in order to lighten up and free up our inner energy pathways so that our outer energy roadways are freed from the debris that stop us moving forward. A simple way to start is shaking things through, with intentional movement and energy swiping for cord cutting, Intentional action and exercise to get blood moving and heart pumping and calling the body itself to release blockages, things like ecstatic dance or tai chi. Decluttering or Clearing Your room or house aligned with deliberate intention to clear your inner 'spaces' at the same time. Listen to your intuition about what is right for you, maybe you prefer sage 'smudging' and incense burning.... Or maybe you like the physical relief of resting your feet in a bowl of warm salt water for 15/20 mins, or wear detox patches on the soles of your feet at night, both of which draw Toxins from your body and out through your feet. Doing these simple things intentionally will strengthen you until you feel 'called' to make the bigger detox's... like eliminating certain foods and people, situations and sensory inputs and toxic influences (media/books/games/lifestyles) from your life.
