SAND BLASTING with diamond dust, or was it star dust?

Sand blasted on the inside.

My heart was beating really fast last night, as if I was really excited or something amazing was going to happen. As I had just gone to bed there was no reason for it and I was so tired I just wanted to sleep then my heart picked up pace and I was trying to calm it down so I could get to sleep. Eventually the only thing I could do was go with it so I grabbed some crystals and my Onyx to hold and just jumped on the wave of it.



After a while the strangeness then felt like I was being sand blasted on the inside.
I was awake and aware. I was aware I was not feeling the 'sand' so much, it was softer than sand,  like star dust...but the effect was of being sand blasted with a fine diamond dust.  My head was not able able to get a handle on what was happening throughout. Then I kind of knew that it was because this was new to me and I had nothing in my mind library to reference it with. The energy blasting the 'diamond dust' was so strong it was taking out 'stuff', removing, rearranging and/or restructuring. I felt like my rib cage was held in a vice as the sand blasting operation went on.
This went on until finally my body and mind adjusted to it, and then it changed to me just feel floaty with this amazing energy. It stopped feeling like being sand blasted and felt like being 'topped up' to 'spilling out' through my body with a beautiful energy, with my intention I pushed it out through me into my external energy fields and then out further into the world,  and finally went to sleep.


Woke up still feeling ethereal  and a bit ungrounded.
